I LOVE this interviewer and her channel, because she is SO passionate about learning, she asks all the right questions!! She is AMAZING!
Chalene is amazing! Such a boss lady! 😆
I so appreciated Chalene's honesty and transparency about her used to work out 4 hours a day, which really makes me re-consider my own seemingly "healthy" life style that may actually damage my health...
“Health isn’t something easily photographed on Instagram” Wow Thank you❣️This means so much to me. I feel like this goes for beauty and other things. Those are beautiful words.
"I've never heard anyone say they have impostor syndrome being someone they don't want to be," Brilliant!
The interviewer is such a great listener like her husband & they both ask intriguing questions! All I can say about Charlene’s interview is “Wow! Extraordinary Knowledge & Transparency!” I didn’t intend on watching the entire thing but the subject matter was just too good. I enjoyed learning about the difference between the imposter syndrome and inauthenticity, very enlightening. Thank you for the amazing interview. I’m a new subscriber!
yes she is good at it (the interviewer). so focused
Dont fear the unknown...imagine it And have a plan.....
OMG, I am that girl wants credit, and want to be praised. I end up not building a team. Thank you for the clarity of this mindset! I really appreciate it!
I’ve been following Chalene for 4+ years and have seen her make all these changes. She looks younger and happier than ever! She’s inspiring and all about being in integrity. I love that she totally walks the walk. Great interview Lisa!! 🙌🏼💯
This is a beautiful woman!
Loved this!!!! ♡
3-4 years ago i was soooo unhealthy.. smoked, overweight, drank alot.. never exercised.
I started a low-cal diet and lost 12kg then j went n became a fitness instructor so I could re-identify as someone who was fit. As I never had that identity. I now am fit, healthy, dont smoke or drink, and I teach two fitness classes a week, and exercise in some way from yin to hiit everyday. I have abs and great muscles.. Plus I still love burgers. I eat like a champ still. Pretty balanced n blessed.
I believe in imposter syndrome and, anything you want to be... you can pretend til you get your identity to match up... I'm now doing the same thing to integrate other things into my life ♡
Barf
@@thereisnosanctuary6184 like I give a fuck abt your thoughts on the matter....doooooosh
The last thing about empathy was a 🔥 insight
Thanks, mom of six, full time corporate, part time trainer, had the same burnout from the same control and do it all in a toxic place. Thanks for sharing 👍 ❤I have gone into sleep, food, and peace of mind, stress is a killer. I had to transfer perspective to get rid of stress, had to get out of toxic situations, had to take time for spiritual eating, meaning eating in a peaceful state instead of on the run, had to sleep at least 8 hrs
She is by far one of the most authentic, REAL genuine. Good person.
Her "the power of belief" has already changed how I'm going to think from now on! 🥰☺️
The movie thing woah. I agree we must have fun. Most wellness or new age work field friends will harass me for watching a movie like I'm supposed to meditate and work 24/7. I now watch movies and ignore them.
SoloTantraYoga 👏🏻🙌🏻💪🏻
She’s a beautiful soul- I am so happy that she is finding alignment within herself 💯 Eternal Love, Light, & Good Vibrations 🙏
Omg! This woman is sooo me!currently a workaholic, obsessed with organisation/neatness, I can be easily distracted and struggling with delegation of tasks. This has been very informative. #SelfAwareness
And I love writing things down. I always carry a notebook almost everywhere
Molly Jael glad this resonated!! Know you’re not alone!
This was so helpful
I have ADHD
I had no idea the falling in love with everything and everyone had anything to do with it haha
Neither did i!
I didn’t either and I have ocd issues too and a major overlap between the two cringe
Chalene changed my life about 12 years ago! I absolutely love and appreciate her!
Lisa, you are so talented in interviewing individuals. Having them to bring out their core competencies, asking the right questions and maintaining the depth of the conversation.. and doing this in a very interactive way rather than a dry Q&A. Kudos to you!
A few months ago I went to a friend's to collect something . The problem I didn't want to over extend myself or drain the other person with my ADHD. I'm proud of myself and I was successful.
Going to start writing priority statements ✨
Workaholism is not a badge of honor 🎯
It’s an addiction or distraction
"I know why I"m saying 'No.'"
Wow, that's really powerful for me right now!
Also:
"If you don't have a team around you, you are the ceiling on your dreams."
What an amazing woman!! Thank you, Chalene x Lisa
🔥❤️
Having both the courage and clarity to face the mistakes we all make in favor of production or achievement is incredible and makes her someone everyone should know!
Oh wow! What an empowering message! Especially the scatter-brainedness is what I can totally relate to - always starting new things, getting really obsessed and then never finishing them, because you jumped to the next one already. I really need to learn from her advice for focus.
Lisa pleasure! 🙏🏻💗
Holy snap. This made me emotional. The vulnerability, professionalism is amazing . And very appreciated
I also needed this!! The timing is impeccable! I literally watched the first half of this and then made the decision to change and talked with my boss to change my schedule today so that I can have 8 hours of sleep instead of 4-5 and have more time with my family. THANK YOU for sharing your story (and you too Lisa!!)
adrielleroyale that’s INCREDIBLE!! Thank you for sharing and GO GIRL! 💪🏻🙌🏻👏🏻👑
adrielleroyale wow so cool!!!
👏👏👏👏 Finally someone who owns there crap and actually is doing something to change it for the better !! Hat's off to you ♡ Cheers
Goes to show - just because someone looks healthy doesn't mean they are.
Chalene was in London and l never knew 😭😭😭😭. *She's my idol.* I look up to her so much!!!! Have done for over a decade now. I followed her advice as it's always sound and good.
She's fabulous. ❤️❤️❤️
-Tracey - aww so sweet! But she wasn’t in london. This was filmed in LA ❤️❤️
So glad I found this channel. 🇿🇦From South Africa with love.
WOW!!! I so needed to hear this. I so believe I may have ADD. As a graphic designer with lots of interests and complimentary skills I always have so many ideas and everything seems great. It is so amazing to hear how other process that and harness it and get stuff done with out the guilt and self destruction. Kudos. I have to listen to this again.
KwikVideoMaker 👏🏻👏🏻 glad the episode resonated 💕
Chalene is so cool. Her talk is real and inspiring
Ooo she is speaking all of my love languages. Wow! I resonate so much with this!
Totally relate to the feeling of wanting to do everything yourself and becoming aware that the reason is because you want credit. I'm a musician and I used to want to record all the different instrument parts to my songs however I found that it's important to ask other musicians to be part of recordings who are experts in the instruments I did not have as much knowledge and experience in playing
Lisa, God bless you for impovering women around the globe! Hello from Croatia! I really needed your channel during these depressing times of pandemic, earthquake, and many other stressed situations that happened here. It is much easier to deal with it when I hear so much beautiful, brave and strong women.
Prayers for you and your family 👪
@@tinakuczaj3958 thank you very much! God bless you and your family!
I'm so pleased I found this channel. I've been kinder to myself starting from this morning after watching several videos over the last day. Taking things one small step at a time
Literally RIGHT when Chalene said “I have alarms on my phone” my alarm reminder to floss went off😂
I wish I have a work addiction 😭 I have a lazy addiction instead. just leaning down to pick up something is hard work
SDOLL ROSSI lol!! Balance 💕
Haha I’m same lol. And my husband is opposite workaholic.
Hahaha luv this!
This was a phenomenal interview! Very informative . . . an abundance of knowledge, wisdom and understanding. "I LOVE TO LEARN"
I'm Enlightened and Encouraged!!💕 A Resounding Thank You!!
I am a new subscriber. This is my third night watching 👀 each night I'm glued. This channel is right on time -- at this particular time in my Life. I just celebrated my "60thGRAND" Birthday in August. I am re-inventing Myself.
The time use watching your interviews are one of my greatest investment of time. You bring so many different awesome women. I really love it.
Thank you for bringing her on this show. I looked up to her a lot as a young adult and this really gives me a different perspective.
This made me admire her even more!
Wow! I love this lady wish she was my mom. I’m the person that feels the need to give reasons, but I will practice responding like she does.
This interview is FIRE!
Darlissa 🔥🔥
Its wonderful how Lisa is so great at drilling down to the practical steps on how to learn/behave/grow in a specific thing
Lisa!!!!!!!! THIS WAS AMAZING!!! Thank you for this so much!! This is exactly what I need!! I'm addicted to work in a bad way. My work destroys my life and me. I really felt like every single words she said was like describing me now. I didn't even think I can have ADD, although once someone asked me about it :)
There were so many helpful tips & I'm going to re-watch it and take notes!!! Awesome!!
redMonkey awesome! Thanks so much lovely. Glad the episode resonated 💕💕
I love you Lisa. Your questions are really bomb and something right out of my mouth.
Amazing! What a wonderful spirit
🦋so important to know you are so worthy. Even in your mistakes there is one who loves you, God “Every wrong turn is true...”
Thank you Lisa, I genuinely love the work you do.
This lady is truly amazing. What an incredible amount of info given here.
Remarkable woman. Great she is so open about it 🙏🏻✨❤️
Loved it. Thank you for your tips on focus and keeping ones attention on one task or goal at a time. Also have ADD. We are power women because we can vision the dream. We think outside the box. Foucus on what you want not on your obstacles. Making mistakes is part of process of attending goals. I really needed to hear this today. God sent. Bless you
Omg I relate to everything Chalene is saying!! And I love her workouts 💖💖 THIS IS TOO BRILL
Wonderful how great ideas resurface again and again. Where do you want to be in 5 years? Old classic goal setting. Imposter syndrome seems new. For years we were told "fake it til you make it". Truths find their way to us. Thank you, ladies, for your part.
Thank you so much for this interview. Very eye opening, relatable and inspirational on so many levels!
Jennifer Honeycutt glad you enjoyed it 😊

Lisa...you're such a great interviewer!
ok this was amazing. I'll soon be graduating college and I'm trying to navigate how to take the first steps & how my career will look and, although i know in my heart, its messy in my head. I know i have ADD and i have 10000 ideas but struggle with focus and... i just needed to hear all of this and to see this woman who got this far with those same struggles.. it feels like the push I needed so thank you! definitely checking out the podcast next!
AshhMami amazing to hear!! Keep going... YOU GOT THIS 💕💕

You are describing me to a T You always feel you are the only one who feels so restless and has to do so many things to feel complete and exhausted at the same time.
My husband is a workaholic and it’s taking a toll on me. Told him many times but he always thinks I’m nagging or not understanding enough.
