I'm not typically a romance reader, BUT I have been wanting to branch out and read more of it this year. I think February is a perfect time to pick a few up for sure and I'm excited to check a few of these out. Fix her Up is one that has been really calling to me lately. Red White and Royal Blue has been another that sounds SO good to me!

One of the tropes I love is the grump falls for the marshmallow and Chloe Brown Gets a Life has that and no one ever mentions it. Bonus Chloe Brown is the grump and Red is the marshmallow.

I just finished reading The Kiss Quotient by Helen Hoang this past weekend, and I absolutely loved it! It was my first steamy romance book, and I was a little skeptical at first, but really glad I stuck with it. I can't wait to read The Bride Test!

You have six books on your list that is on my list. Some I haven't read yet or gotten to them yet while others I'm reading them now and I'm like wow!! "Red, White, and Royal Blue" is going to be one of my favorites for sure. I'm half way thought it and I can't put it down. I'm going to start reading the "the flatshare" tonight after work. Hopefully I'll get to the other books later this year. Couple of the books I don't have on my list I would like to look at them now. Great books and like always amazing video 😁

Thank you for your recommendations! I just finished The Flatshare. It was such a sweet swoon worthy book. I’m really enjoying the romance genre probably the same way you do. I usually love your 5 star book reviews. Would you be willing to do a video on all your 5 star book reviews? Either way I love your channel. I know you said you wanted to read a psychological thriller hands down my all time favorite is “Gone Girl”. The movie adaptation didn’t even come close to the book. I also love “Girl on the Train”and really enjoyed the audiobook. Also have you tried “Where the Crawdads Sing.” I read it for a book club I absolutely adored it. Again thank you for your wonderful channel I’ve enjoyed discovering books that you recommend.

Gone girl is on my list to read. I got that book for Christmas 2018. We moved into our new house last year and all my books are still in boxes until we fix up downstair to be the homework/reading room so I'm not sure where my copy is. The books I'm reading now is either new books that I just got or the three boxes of books in my room lol. I run out of room where my other books were so they are in boxes right next to my side of the bed. But I'm hoping to read Gone girl next year. I hear it was really good. Sorry this is to long lol

my favourite tessa Bailey book is getaway girl. I was surprised with the story line because I knew tessa bailey's book is quite raunchy but this book surprisingly has substance!

DID YOU READ THE FORWAR/ author's note of The Kiss Quotient? It explains that the author found out during her midlife that SHE has Asperger's just a couple of years previously. So, she wrote the book to explain how 2 FEMALES deal with Asperger's and its challenges.
the Male has a younger girl relative with it, too. so, he recognizes it in the main character.
I love your videos in which you talk about romance books. I wish Valentine's Day would last all year long for that. I also wanted to recommend you The Rosie Project by Graeme Simsion. It is a beautiful and incredibly funny book with an autistic main protagonist. It's quite older book, but there was actually a third book published just last year. So it's now a trilogy, I guess. You can read just the first one, as it is perfect as stand-alone, but I think you'd like to continue once you get to know Don. He's simply adorable. I would love to know your opinion if you ever decide to read the book... :-)

okay so this is a rant but i spent an hour making a bullet journal page for contemporaryathon and listed a lot of possible options and put a lot of time and effort into preparing my tbr. and now 2 days in i havent read anything because im drowning in work, and all i want to read is manga which wasnt on my tbr. im so frustrated at my mood reader self lol
