I thoroughly enjoyed the film -- it was funny and unexpectedly emotional. It got me crying at the end. I actually went to the theatre to see Ryan Gosling's Ken (also I'm a Gosling fan), but I got much more than what I expected, from the entire cast and the story. BTW I'm Japanese; I played with Barbie and Ken in the 70's in NJ in the States -- and I did treat Ken like an accessory so I really related to Ken!
Wow, it's surprising to see that it was a success with all different audiences 🤩 Barbie has been the childhood of a lot of generations, but the movie didn't disappoint anyone! 💜
Many say Ryan deserves an Oscar nod. A proud 🇨🇦Canadian, I also stand with Aussies to insist that Margot earned it too. Together they are the Yin and Yang of this masterpiece, both splendid.
