- Hello everyone, I'm going to show you how to remove a front shock absorber on a 2012 Land Rover Evoque by yourself.
It takes about 1 hour and half per side. The steps will be almost identical on all vehicles!
This is something most of you can do with a minimum of equipment.

6:00 - Removing the control arm fixation on the hub side + removing the control arm axis from its housing
9:18 - Removing the suspension holding bolt in the hub
15:10 - Loosening the driveshaft holding nut
Necessary tools:
Ratchet + sockets
18V impact wrench
Allen keys
Combination wrenches
Hammer
2 jacks
Grease
