I am older and still struggling with balance and wondering why my scalp/ skin is getting more dry now than before. My biggest thing now is I've reached the menopause stage and my memory is diminishing, Steph I can not remember things that I did an hour ago, Idk what that's about but it's freaking me out. 😳

I stretched my lobes to the size of a quarter in my 20s. They shrunk alot, but I still can't wear most earrings. Wearing the round backings help so much and allows me to wear some.
@StephanieMacedo I did it to myself for "style" lol. There are treatments. They are smaller than the size of a pea now, but still a pain with earrings.
Eggs-protein sausage-protein potatoes-protein. Oatmeal & yogurt is low in calories & wouldn't keep you nearly as full until your next meal which in return would cause you to snack. I fast 18 hours & eat a huge breakfast to pack most of my carbs & protein in my first meal to keep me full until dinner. Down 65 pounds so maybe it's working 🤷🏽♀️
