My husband knows…in our living room, I have the “looking” blankets and the “using” blankets. I have been trying, and I just don't lose weight, and then I just leave it because life happens and I am busy at work and then tired. I notice I’m way more happy that way and can focus on other things rather than my weight. ❤️
@StephanieMacedo the stress is definitely a factor, and thank you for the advice. I don't eat much, to be honest, and perhaps I need to eat 3 times a day but on a deficit. Thanks again, and I am definitely going to give it a go because I am trying to figure out what works for my body to create a lifestyle change rather than dieting because that's never worked and I am crazy but not that crazy 😜 🙃. Ahh, so happy we get an extra long blog this week! 😊 I love the black dress, but the red is also a vibe ❤ ugh I've had an unhealthy relationship with a scale ever since giving birth to my son I don't even like looking anymore and try to focus more on a how I feel instead of a number I was way to fixated on the number I would get so sad when I didn't see the change I wanted. I won't lie sometimes social media plays a part of body dismorophia issues a lot of women have now. I love that you talk about these topics! Also I need to make those scones the cream you made looked amazing 🤤

As an esthetician I know it’s a social media trend for women to dermaplane at home. However these razors no matter if they are new they aren’t medical grade and they can actually damage the skin barrier. I would highly recommend seeing an esthetician once a month for this type of treatment/procedure ❤

I think accepting that we will never look ‘perfect’ in every moment or photo in our lives is important. I find focusing on the moment/memory instead is so much more important ❤️

I take magnesium glycate it helps me to poop daily, plus it settles me down to a perfect sleep at nite. I only weigh myself like twice weekly to see if I've gained weight not lost any. I also drink chlorophyll for weightloss. I eat saurkraut for a healthy gut. I hate it but I know my gut loves i. Lol. I also IMF a few times a week. I try lots of jumpstarts to get me closer to My ideal wght. You have a great body and just be patient and trust the process. I love your vids.
