As subscribers , we can wait extra two three days for a video but , we will be not happy if you guys got sick. Guys , please take care of your selves first. If u feel not well, please take some rest and postponed the plans by another day. And always carry a first aid kit or ask some locals for some local first aid. Sri lankan people has something call asamodagam for stomachache , and for body pain or headaches, local panadols are very effective. If like diarrhea try to avoid banana or fruits like avocado papaya. We all happy if you guys safe and healthy. We love you guys. ❤❤

it is too sad to see some shops in sri lanka they sell instant Tea . the country who makes world number one tea in the universe.
that i heard from others. It was a commercial trick them to replace normal tea by introducing INSTEANT TEA.... experts over to you, please react, if you would not do it today when ? SRILANKEN tea is well recognized even if ASAM and KENYAN tea sorts are on a race to compete.
Okay so from a health perspective please consume King Coconut Water regularly for keeping up with your electrolyte levels because you will be weak due to lack of vitamins and minerals. Just do this as often as you can wherever and whenever possible Take care and thanks for the wonderful experiences you share with us! God bless 👍

You could probably spend an extra day or two at the homestay recovering fully. If the homeowners know you are sick, they will go above and beyond to take care of you, because for them hosting is so much more than just a booking reservation. But if you had planned hotels bookings for the remaining days, yeah then its understandable
