I have a 2005 90cc 2 cycle Polaris how do you change crank seal on stator side mine has a plastic cover I can't figure how to remove

Thanks for watching. If I remember correctly the plastic cover over the seal should pop off. Hope that helps you out

Hey man I have a question so I did everything you did from start to finish but when I try to electric start it I just hear a click and if I try to kick it the kickstart is hard and won’t go down did I do something wrong ?

​​⁠Hi and thanks for watching!! If it was turning over freely before you started then definitely something is off. Take the side cover off and make sure the flywheel is on the crankshaft correctly. Sometimes not having the cotter key line up will not allow the flywheel to go on correctly or cause it to go on crooked allowing the flywheel magnet to drag on the stator. Hope this helps.
