Many memories for me, born at Clatterbridge, school at Grove Street and Church Drive. Lived in Eccleshall Road for many years.

Wow! I was born here 78 years ago and I can remember much from these photographs - but never a Beach in New Ferry as it was mostly mud!
A great trip down Memory Lane. I lived by New Ferry park and went to ‘Grovie’ school. Anyone remember the outdoor swimming baths? Fabulous place! I guess there are houses there now?
