Good interview Brian, a big guest for you this one especially with you being a big fight fan. I'd love to see you get some more boxers and mma stars on your podcast, nothing against Lawrence but prefer these without him as he's not much of a fight fan really.

Yup, so many of us need awakening. It is indeed something I notice with myself and other young men. The times are soft and we suffer and get lost in life so easily. No worse feeling in the world than waking up without feeling any purpose. Hope you turn it around, man. Work and stay strong. Big up Geordie for the guest
Important to find a balance also. Make sure you also find time to be kind to yourself as otherwise the rest of it is pointless. Donât work away if you donât feel the benefits of it. By all means, strive for a purpose but donât get sucked into the mentality that you have to work tirelessly your whole life - it depends how steep your ambitions are but it is a mentality that I have seen wreck a lot of people.
