So what did you think of the quest overall? Working on full breakdown of the IPC for my next video! Also I realize they actually nerfed I only meant for it to be a funny joke on how a large number of people had a tough time and it definitely is a boss that will check you if ur not prepared, But for clarification I wasnt advocating for it to get a nerf for real haha

I had to go all out and spend ~800 fuel and build my Gepard 😭
My main dps was dhil, and I didn't want to get a character who matched a weakness with aventurine. Fortunately, lynx clutched the show for me; only had to upgrade a relic.

If I understood correctly, real Penacony is under dreamscape and that's where watchmaker's legacy is. The Penacony we experienced is like a bubble created by the Family, when people die in dreamspace, they don't die but go to real Penacony (aventurine succeded that by getting "killed" by acheron, also acheron's sword freed him from family's control and IPC's radar, but for some reason firefly/sam failed to go to real penacony because of elio's script). Gallagher is related with watchmaker and is taking revenge from family (probably related with aftermath of prisoners rebellion, family betrayed to watchmaker and prisoners, claimed the penacony as their own). Think of penacony like a giant iceberg and we were just on surface.
wait i feel stupid but what are the requirements for going to the real penacony? aventurine tested death while in the dreamscape several times but he just woke up like everyone else. what’s the difference between “dying” by acheron’s hands and dying by the death meme?

@@venusgaytrap6960 you need to "die" to go real penacony but that's impossible because as you know when you are close to death you just wake up in real world because of harmony's protection. Death meme is outside of control of the family that's why they are trying to cover deaths which are happening in penacony. Meme would send aventurine to penacony too but he didn't know how to get himself killed by meme, Acheron is emenator of Nihility aeon so her blade is no ordinary blade, Aventurine didn't know how to activate stellaron; he was bluffing to force Acheron to use her blade to protect Trailblazer, basically he was gambling with his life, if he were to lose the gamble harmony's curse would actually kill him in couple system hours. But as I said before Acheron's blade is no ordinary because of nihility, she can sever connection of everything from reality (including your life) and sent it to nothingness (nihility) that's how Aventurine got away with both IPC's and harmony's leash. But he didn't die because there is no actual "death" in penacony so he succeded to go real Penacony where he will find the watchmaker's legacy and "the mute" sparkle is talking about. If you visit the place where Aventurine fight took place you will see a huge cut in the "sky" Acheron left behind, she sent the family's dreamspace's veil to nihility too.

According to ingame lore, the Galaxy Rangers have done some really badass stuff and are all very strong, but they've been kinda MIA for awhile. I wonder if Boothill will tell us what's been up with that.

I managed to beat Aventurine my first time before the nerf came. Team I used was Jing Liu, Fu Xuan, Sparkle and Loucha. Even with that team, Aventurine was fun to fight. If anything, the bastard is tanky! I felt he was like a high defense unit, of course, make sense since he’s Preservation unit.
When did they nerve him?

The Aventurine boss was actually so funny for me cause it was a constant pattern 💀 Jingliu and Luocha win the gamble cause the have AoE and ruan mei becomes the sacrificial goat then Luocha activates his auto heal and we move on (we don’t talk about the Bronya who died-)
For me Jingliu died somehow but fire Trailblazer, Jing Yuan and Luocha lived thanks to their AoE lmaooo
this was me with argenti luocha arlan and yanqing 😂 argenti and luocha would almost always win the gambles due to aoe, arlan and yanqing would take the hits and then get cleansed by luocha, rinse and repeat. and nobody died!
No yeah my Pela and tingyuan were dead accessories while I just carve away 5% per round with my argenti and luocha
I had this exact same set up vs. Aventurine (minus the 5 star supports) with the exact same experience. I had Tingyun and Herta instead of Ruan Mei and Bronya. Tingyun managed to hold on for dear life with Luocha's help until the last cycle. It was quite fun watching the erudition units and Luocha no-sell the boss's gimmicks. And as is tradition, Tingyun kept getting bullied until she finally KO'd.
I might be far reaching with this idea for a connection but...
... Misha's technique does involve putting overworld mobs in stasis inside a time bubble of sort. A rather odd and powerful skill for a bellboy. If he ends up being the actual Watchmaker, I'd flip
It's so strange that his Technique is so far-fetched from his kit. His Basic ATK, Skill, and Ultimate are of the same nature and matches his supposed character, but not his Technique.

I just finished 2.1 and my mind has been blown so much I truly feel lost. Hopefully this video will help some. 😭 Everyone seems to have 5 plans going at once, everyone is disguised as someone else or has a secret identity, everyone is betraying everyone else, and then it turns out some of them didn’t betray them but helped them, I can’t hardly keep track of who is the in the dream and who isn’t. I think they all are right now? Which means Sunday didn’t die. Does that mean he’s going to the same place that Aventurine is going to, and Robin and Firefly? And is Firefly still “dead”? And which of her personalities is the real one? Am I just stupid or have they made this plot way too complicated?

I had to redo the boss fight with my game bugged so I couldn't switch to use my other character's skills before battle (such as Fu Xuan), but lucked out second try. Still wild how much of a check Aventurine is.
Oh and fun fact about the age: 13 is the death tarot card. Multiply it by 4 (Japan's unlucky number and associated with death), you get 52. His answer wasn't an actual age. It was a hint at what he is. Him also being a pathstrider of enigmata also actually reveals why he exists. He's the reason why people have begun to find the truth, as the path is one that questions everything. The enemy of Nous is Mythus. But he also informs us one of Mythus' factions was present when the Watchmaker helped establish what we know as Penacony today (why they make a reference to him knowing all of this from seven centuries ago). In fact, he names the Fictionologists in particular, one of Mythus' factions (think the equalivant of Fuli's memokeepers).
Why is that important? If a planet's history is defined to a point, it dooms a world. Given Penacony's history and truths are hidden in plain sight such as the cartoons, than this does actually explain a bit of why such a figure would make a move. Penacony's history has doomed it. It's partially why we learn that the shared dreamscape is failing as a result of being overloaded from centuries of use and eroding. 'Death' is inevitable result of ignoring truth. Much in the way Sunday follows the path of order, which is part of Harmony, he himself is as vulnerable as this enters the debate or order vs. chaos.
Also rather funny as we also see a lot of Odin symbolism with the birds and such with Sunday. So him dying to learn the truth is actually spot on. Oh and we can also blame localization as 2.0 Sparkle's 'rock' comment to Aventurine is actually meant to be a 'mute' which would be Robin. One of two. Which would explain a whole lot and why she's a caged bird, she's afraid of what she has learned. She's afraid of the truth that her brother shall learn about.
The Arcana is the means by which all is revealed

It make sense though. Aeon Ena the Order, itself using strings to forcely take care many problems around the universe. It can be double edge sword. Meaning that can be good and bad at the same time. Ena tried so hard to prevent the entire planets into extinct but failed cause it is too much for Ena. That is why Ena work with Qlipoth.
But maybe result penacony to be owned by IPC. We never know why Qlipoth accept the work. It is not easy task but work only if the Order and the Preservation help out.
In a sense, it is like prevent death. But only when it cause by outside factors and not naturally occurs (not the right time). That is what these two Aeons used to think (imo).
Aeon Xipe, the Harmony think everything must be in harmony. That is similar but not exactly the same. It is like you play domino game. Everyone has their own place in this universe. We need each other. So when one piece got remove by force (cause by outsider/ aggressor), then it will create unbalance for the system. That is why to create everything work in harmony, Xipe may absorbed Ena who get weak and got similar believe. To prevent massive changes and keep the entire things in check. Therefore, it stays balance.
Mute people this is the power combine of the Harmony and the Order. It may resulted by people (in dreamscape) who actually being a rebel and try to ruin the stability that Family has created for who know how long.
Death is not the answer. Everything must be co-exist. There is time limit (remember penacony has clocks that seems not working out of order) for everything. Even the mara-strucks got time limit. They are suffers eternaly. But their original body has long gone.
So just like that in penacony. Dormancy means people put in the sleep paralysis. They may wake up (from dreamscape) or turn into spirit (just like heliobi or somethin). It is still unknown. But I do believe the meaning of death is destruction on physical body that you used to have (born with).
@@Ordell1991 Qlipoth has been forming his wall long before many events and often seems indifferent to matters, until it engages with him. The IPC almost act of their own accord with only 3 members being emanators of Qlipoth and only two are named, Diamond and Tazz (can't remember their full name as they haven't been at the forefront much) with the third unnamed.
Ena was assimilated into the Harmony, but the fact that their followers still roam around such as Sunday does actually already poke hole in both of their paths' logics compared to preservation which has remained fairly consistent and in fact, Penacony failings are a result of this as order can be lost in a sea of chaos, but both order and chaos can be preserved in some way.
Mute people do not have power, in fact, it tampers with power due to the fear that it brings. Harmony's biggest way of spreading Xipe's power is through the voice, thus a mute pathstrider is a representation of not only Harmony being weaken, but flaws in Xipe's power as the loss of voice means the harmony of the family is ruined and why people are noticing Sparkle playing Robin is off. Robin's voice being silenced threatens the Family not just symbolically, but the key signature of how the illustrate power.
"Death" here is the answerr as it is the way to enter the true Penacony. The fact that short-life beings are denied their natural fate is why abundance is considered a plague and why Lan, the path of the hunt exists. Numerous paths also see or impliment death as their answer to philosphy: the swarm with everything that isn't the swarm, the hunt and culling life, destruction and the end of all things, and the list goes on.
Though "Death" in the dreamscape isn't permanent, but rather 'kills' the illusion that has been presented by the weavers. One that masks the slowly dying underbelly of Penacony. One which now has been accessed by Robin, Firefly, Aventurine, & lastly Sunday with Gallagher already aware as he himself only exists as a result of what lies in that place.
And there are cases like Chadwick, who can just have their physical body dissolve and be gone and what is left be retained in a memory bubble if abstracted from the dreamscape. More likely, the sleep paralysis can go on while the body isn't given any safety precautions to physical effects of time or illness (especially as it's noted many escaped to the dreamscape to escape pain and suffering of the real world).

To be fair, Gallagher could actually be a vigilante going after the true villains i.e. the Family... we already know they do some shady things and can't really be trusted.
Unless Gallagher knows using "Death" on people doesn't really kill them, but sends them to the "real Penacony under the dream". Maybe he killed Robin and Sunday to show them the truth of what's going on. Hm... so many theories.

Like we know u won’t actually die. He already knew so much so he knows for 100% that they aren’t dead but rather in real penacony.
We know that Clocki will become a part of trailblazers kit and since Clocki is team watchmaker this means that the watchmaker has to be good.
And Gallagher is also team watchmaker which means he must be on the good side too.
It’s probably the dreammaker who’s the final boss.
They also mentioned that Robin got suspicious that there is something wrong with the harmony and she got then silenced. So the dreammaker is maybe using a corrupted version of the harmony. The watchmaker uses the real harmony and that’s where we gonna get our next path from.
idk why people call gallagher villain. he is just seeking revenge for what the family did to his life and friends.
Firefly's death is different than Robin/Sunday death

I have high suspicious on Robin herself, She probably fake her death and actually have something with Galagher's scheme heck I could even say she's the mastermind of all this charade.
Another thing I haven't really seen anyone talk about: Gallagher also has XIII on his arm. The X scar glows with his 3 (III) claws on ult.
After getting Gallagher on Acheron banner I was excited to try him out. But after finishing the story I kind of feel sick even looking at him 😅 Like am i supposed to use this crazy murderer dude as a healer support?

I feel like all of you played this story patch with your ears and eyes closed lol. Robin is not dead and so is her brother. If you payed attention the entire adventurine plot was about him learning that death in penacony is not real. Firefly was "killed" and she is fine. Gallagher is clearly trying to show Sunday the secret of penacony that is why he got him killed by the meme. He is the only other person then us that can see Misha who is probably the watchmakers legacy personified so he probably knows all about the family secrets.

I first tried the boss, just used my already decently built Lynx+trailblazer(preservation) as dual sustain/Single light dps, along with my Kafka Plus black Swan and won first try
Already was using Gepard and that adventure boss was easy as hell thanks to gepard

I beat Aventurine on my second try. I used Destruction Trailblazer, Natasha, March 7th and Clara. If y'all are free to play you can use most of this line up. If you don't have Clara, use Serval for AOE, March's shields for tank/debuff removal, Natasha for heals and debuff removal, and Trailblazer for damage.
3rd try Acheron (still developing e0s1) Clara with scrap build 75, Pela70 trashest build ever, Gallagher 70 the guy helped a lot

The Family wasn’t the prisoners but was separate and one’s collaborated w by the one who represents Clockie who was in Hanu’s team during the actual liberation of the prison. This collaboration happened after the war for freedom and they had other stuff to worry about hence why the pact was made.

Penacony story is by far one of the best and how it makes out jaws drop with each patch
To point out about thw gallagher being thirteen thing, while being vaguely sarcastic is the delivery, at least in the English version, its also another hint towards his deception. The T is capitalized, meaning its a name or noun more than a number, and of the 22 major arcana in a tarot deck, number 13 is Death.

if to picks a side, i go with the watchmaker, i have seen the leaks from someone that we going to end-up defeating the emnator of harmony soon when robin and boothill banner released.
plus misha and gallagher is one of the mysterious character, and we also receive trailblazer follow the harmony soon too with clockie.
I actually lost 3 times in the aventurine battle and lost 2 characters and somehow clutched it on the fourth try
This story made me like gallagher because who knew he would be the main villian he had less screen time in the story and he was soo nice with us

He is perservation unit. So ofc you need to defeat him with character that can "shred defense". I never know people forgot about this. Keep buffs or enhance will not work easily. You need to be smart.
This was before I got Gallagher but I managed to fight the Aventurine boss before the nerf(I played it as soon as I woke up and finished it after about 3-5 hours) and I survived because I had to calculate who to use; use Welt and Jing Yuan for the dice and Jing Yuan’s talent, and Gepard and Lynx for shield and healing

I somehow cleared it with Daniel,(dhil) sparkle, sw, and bailu on the first try. Honestly , even with the high imaginary resistance aventurine had, it was pretty easy to clear, dhil could resist the constant dice gambling attacks , and I just had to be consistent with bailus heals to keep the team running.(this was before the nerf)
You can use MC and taunt him to build stacks to reroll the dice and keep him alive 😅
i beat aventurine on my first try with jingyuan jingliu argenti and luocha, i think its pretty easy if you just bring the aoe characters, the dice thing he did was super fun

If Gallagher truly is a servant of the Enigmata, then everything he told us about the watchmaker, penacony's past, and his own past could have been fabricated.
That fucking boss battle utterly destroyed my wish to finish the quest and by the moment i was done i completely forgot the story so i don't even understand now why's he fighting us in the first place.

managed to clear it first try with Jingliu with Fall of a aeon, Sparkle e0s1, Tingyiu with bronya's lightcone , and huo huo with Hey over there. this works if your find with 2 knock outs. but gepard could work in place with huohuo.
Ofc. Gepard is tanky. But you need him to be fast and high energy regen so he can keep spam ultimate.
Bailu or lynx (not sure for natasha) is actually enough just make sure your dps can hit multiple targets while your healer focus on herself and your buffer (in 2nd phase) that cant manage to hit the dice
Is Gallagher being 13 a reference to the arcana Death? If so, when he calls Sunday brother what number of the major arcana would he be? Maybe it could provide insight to his character?
Also looking back at Gallagers design it’s really cool that you can see all the elements of others all mishmashed into him

well, the aventurine boss was really something, tho i didn't stretch much.. it was kinda easy with huohuo but i noticed my very well built Acheron was doing little dmg for some reason.
I thought I was the only one who struggled on the boss fight! Feeling very validated

I don't have Gepard and I didn't even bring any shield units to this battle, just Luocha. What I did bring was AOE units, Argenti, Jing Yuan and Misha. As long as I had enough points to use their skills during the dice roll portion, I never had to worry about dying, and Aventurine just kept giving me enough energy to cast their ultimates. Luocha was the only one in danger but I built him to be tanky enough and he has his emergency auto-heal so it was fine. The joy of being able to cast Argenti's fully charged ultimate every 3 or so turns was just glorious.
For aventurine I used Acheron, Fire MC, Bailu, and Ruin Me.
i heard they nerfed the boss. i played the post nerf fight because i really took my time with the story but in y opinion it was unbelievably easy. (my account is probably in like top 1% of accounts but i wish it was possible to play the prenerf fight as an option)
I am 100% certain that they designed Firefly this way to make her look as unassuming as possible.
What happened with Aventurine boss battle? I beat him the firts day with Huohuo, March, Galactic Bate and Tingyung, it doesn't feel that hard.

I had Clara on the team with Huohuo backing her up :D Got it done the first time, even with a wrongly-built team. Clara MVP.
I forgot to swap out P-Trailblazer, so I only had Clara and Serval doing Toughness Break, and Serval died around 2/3 into the fight, during Bossventurine's spamming at Phase 2.
It was a near-thing, though. Huohuo can't invoke that "safe" mechanic of the fight, after all. Had she gone down, too, I don't know if we would have won on that first take.
But, yeah, that was a badly-designed fight.
Legit was so close to killing aventurine boss, then my team died… after over an hr of surviving it out… I cannot

As a fu xuan enjoyer the fight was really easy was surprised to hear he was getting nerfed but looking at videos of others fighting him without well built sustains it’s understandable now lol, tho I do think for final story update bosses being on the tougher side makes the fight and then beating the boss a lot more exciting. Penacony has been so amazing so far and we still have 2 more huge patches to go

I lost the first time on the aventurine battle because i got SO unlucky. Like i rarely beat this guy’s rolls even with aoe attacks. Got it in the end tho
Im actually shocked that people struggled with the boss cause i was upset on how easy it was. I had mono quantum so maybe thats why?
Can someone actually answer this as to why Acheron becomes an All-Knowing Entity in her Emanator form ? I thought she's supposed to only get back all her own memories but apparently she knows even the most random information right down to the minute detail such as when she told Aventurine to find the answer in his pocket which turned out to be the 'prescription' Dr. Ratio gave him. Like how she know all that ? I don't remember Ratio meeting up with her or anyone passing that random info ?
There is a theory acheron conscious time travel from future to the past in her own body
So while the body stay in the present, when enter that form the conscious possese the body gain back memory and that is the conscious from the future

My March 7th solo'd the last 30% hp of the Aventurine boss fight, for 15 minutes.
It was harder getting the boxcars achievement, rolling 2 6 the other achievement was easy as I had brought all aoe. Immediately after getting the achievements I resat because that team was not one that could clear and then I cleared easily with a team of March, Ruan Mei, Lynx and Xueyi...
I tried being cocky and using my not fully built acheron but that didn't work so I just stuck with my kafka and bs team and it was easy lol(+ asta and lynx!)
I heard the Adventurine boss was hard but I just fought him for the first time with SW,Mei,Jing liu and Huo Huo. I may have just got lucky but I'm not sure why ppl thought it was so difficult. Watch it whoop me if it is a weekly boss going forward
Was the fight really that hard? If it was, Im glad I got Lady Fu and the MiniQuantum team. The Fu Xuan - Qinque - SW - Sparkle combo is quite unbeatable
im honestly so confused on adventures plot line going on and what his plan/goal was? Its like people and him say he wants to show off that people can actually die in the dreamscpae, but also that he does die/wants to die in order to help the ipc? but also he really didnt seem like he wants to die and why would he ever literally die just to let the ipc go into penacony? and what would his actions accomplish besides just letting the ipc be like "wtf you killed a member of our group"

My nihility team was clutching onto gambling luck like dear god,I ended up with only huo huo and black swan alive left,Bs at 300 hp and huo huo on 2k
I was able to beat the Adventurine boss with March 7, Kafka, Natasha, and Traiblazer (destruction)! Barely though.
lol yeah I had to bring 2 healers to survive that boss fight
I like your take on the ipc i think its spot on with them setting up a takeover

I beat that boss on my second attempt with just my Fu Xian and Jinglui after entering phase 2. That was quite a nail biter xD
I ran with Jing Liu, Bronya, Sparkle, And Huo Huo. Which was my strongest team after losing with my Kafka team.
I only had trouble with Aventurine once my Fu Xuans HP was at 51% and he did his big attack. Killing her. Noone else died but im annoyed at her for not getting hit just 2% more lol
I think the day 1 fight was great. It was first try , but with 2 sustain
I beat him in two tries, tips for the boss battle: Black Swan, Acheron, Kafka and Lynx. Always have a spare skill point (basic attack if you have only one), and always skill if you have 2 or more. Only basic attacks on the die phase. Time your stuff and have luck on the his die phase. Good luck!
I won't lie, I really didn't have all that much trouble with aventurine, until the final turn, where he killed all but my last unit. But I beat him thankfully
Ok I will say this so Senadina from Honkai Impact 3rd actually have the same scar like Robin’s so I think those two have a connection. They could possibly be the same person.

Besides this isn't the first time we've seen tarot card references because the light cone "Collapsing Sky" and the Path of Destruction's insignia both are referencing "The Tower"

0:29 guess that is a high TL problem, I was around 48 and had no issues. My wife also beat it first try with her F2P Ratio team
my team was so bad for the boss when i beat it 😭 clara natasha march 7th and dhil for agonizingly slow damage
