- I've been beating and uploading this for the last hour or so, and was gonna say it deserves a Legendary rating. However, it seems like RobTop beat me to it, as this is already rated Legendary 8 Stars as of writing. This is a very cool experience to play, so I'm not surprised. As you can see from the length of this video, it has quite some playtime too. Including practice and figuring out what to do, this can easily take 30 minutes to beat. Most parts feature small challenges that you have to solve to advance. There are also many secret or hidden paths that are either mandatory or optional. I believe there is a secret ending that you can get, which isn't shown in this video, but definitely worth trying to get if you want an extra challenge. (5:25 is a little hint.) There's a lot of content to play here, and it's also very fun due to the quality of the level, so I definitely recommend trying it out.
The overall atmosphere, created by the mix of visuals and audio, is the best part of the level. It's based on the game INSIDE, which I'm not familiar with, but looking at some pictures and videos, I can definitely see it. However, ChrySpy has definitely not copied it directly into Geometry Dash, but rather adapted it to work here. That's a good approach. This is the foundation of the general style and colors seen here, which is executed really well from start to finish. The sound design is also worth mentioning, featuring 7 songs and 270 SFX. These are applied really well throughout the level, making the level come alive with a large variety of ominous and scary moments. As a result, everything comes together to create a consistent atmosphere throughout, making the whole thing a masterpiece overall.

Crazy how creators have been submerged into 2.2 editor so quickly, this is a really nice immersive platformer considering the atmosphere and the execution, can't wait to see what creators will bring us soon !

YES, these are the kind of platformers i was waiting for, with cool backgrounds, decorations, and other things. Soon people will make full-fledged 1-2hour Indie games in the editor, 2.2 brought just a huge toolkit for creating such a good levels, that's awesome!

Hopefully rob will add a feature when you leave off at the last checkpoint when you exit a level. Like a save system (or something like that)

I mean, it's based of off the game Inside, wich is kinda simillar to Little Nightmares.

I played this level just this morning and I absolutely loved it. The level is incredibly atmospheric and doesn't only impress with its appealing well polished visuals but also with its great gameplay, the cool mechanics and the overall theming/storytelling. The level has been heavily inspired by the games "Inside" and "Limbo" by Playdead and I really like how well it captures the games' qualities while it still makes sure that it stays original. I've only played the game Inside myself (which I loved and can 100% recommend). Every now and then I felt like the designs of the level were a little bit too similar to Inside, especially in the first third of the level, but overall it didn't bother me much and I'd still say it's original and creative enough. Besides the cleanly polished designs and the well executed parallax effect one of the main qualities of the level was the sound design. If you've played the level you probably noticed that there are quite a lot of sfx to download before playing the level but it definitely pays off. The sound design is so well made that it supports the entire atmosphere extremely well and there is no need for background music. At no point of the level I felt like I recognized a sound effect from a different platformer level I've played, which is a really good thing imo. This level is basically exactly what I was hoping to see with 2.2 platformer levels before the update was released. Therefore I totally agree with the legendary rating of the level. It's been one of the or maybe even the best experiences I've had with a platformer level and I enjoyed every second of it. It's awesome to see a level like this being released by a creator that I haven't heard of before. I'm seriously very excited to see future projects of them. Besides some minor issues with originality and some small bugs I've encountered while playing, the level has been pretty much perfect in my opinion. Fantastic work!

I picked up all collectibles (hinted at by yellow cables) and near the end activated a weird device. When entering the machine at the end of the level, I actually got out of it but transformed into a weird blob of horrors… Don’t know which ending is better

The “Inside”/“Limbo” vibes are very nice
I remember this guy from that one part in Asadal. That was one of my favorite parts of the level, due to the atmosphere and colors. They definitely cooked on this one. I love the overall dark feeling throughout the level
Wow. This left me in awe. What an outstanding way to set the atmosphere and theme of the level. The lighting, the backgrounds, the tiny details, everything is so well implemented and it feels so inmersive. The gameplay suprised me too, utilizing multiple mechanics and using the enviorment to move foward makes everything feel so alive. The level's length is also very impressive, keeping the player engaged through all of it takes some talent, and it ends just at the right note. The sfx, the shaders, the effects of it all work so well together setting the ambience of the scene, it's perfect. What an awesome piece of work this level is.

the kind of level i was waiting for. it's atmosphere is really chilling and how things look in the level is really amazing like some things looks gigantic
What really makes this more immersive is the choice of sound effects, camera position and movements and the art! People are crazy creative with the platformer mode!
This is oddly terrifying. In my personal opinion i think this is how do you feel if you were in here, all alone and tries to survive from point to point. Kind of disturbing but awesome experience. Good job to the creator of this level!

Hi ;) I like this level, mostly the first half, you can turn on a light inside so you can see in the dark, not only that but also that that place where you can control a big object to destroy the ground and it looks like 3d structure, there is a elevator that lets you go down and then there is water everywhere, you can press a button where a boulder follows you down, later you can escape the water ocean, however, the second half wasn’t much special, it had gameplay, but the sound effects were very repetitive

With its visual appearance, this level reminds me of games like Badland or, for example, the game Limbo. The creator managed to achieve a high atmosphere, in my opinion, thanks to the work on light, sounds, movement and the very appearance of some of the mechanisms. I'm sure this work will receive a legendary rating.

Ig not mythic because there's not much original stuff in here. Most ideas/locations are taken from Inside (not that it's a bad thing, pretty sure it was a ton of fun to implement :)), but it would be cool to see some speculations/author's vision on the concept as well.
The visuals are stunning, except for some minor bugs and WTF is going on with the towers at 10:05

I'm still absolutely perplexed that people have adapted to the 2.2 editor this fast, we're not even 3 months into 2.2 and we already have more legendary levels than expected, as well as people just making absolute masterpieces not even weeks apart. It truly shows how formidable the creating community can be, and how adaptive they are to newer things.

Hot take: this level is bad for copying INSIDE way too much. It said it's inspired by the game but the creator just took several memorable scenes of the game and replicate them in GD. I'll still give props to the creator, cus they did nail the atmosphere of INSIDE and the SFX are awesome like the original game. But overall this is not an inspired level but a good effort clone.
