You said you added 1lb of N per 1000 into the mix, but curious what the herbicide solution was. Can you provide more details on the application and rates uses? Or are you trying to avoid including those details into the videos? If so, I can respect that, but as an applicator myself, it helps to hear how others treat weeds and combine products to get maximum efficacy.
You should consider wearing those lightweight long sleeve shirts for sun protection.

How good even is the irrigation, probably partly why it got so bad, either didnt use it or just has bad coverage
the irrigation system is pretty good... i just dont think they ever used it is why the grass got like this. It hasnt had any care for 4-5 years

If I'm buying a field that is about as flat as this, am I better to get it aerovated, or power raked as part of the reno? It's mostly weed grasses and common bermuda in Chattanooga.
