I read after it showed that they did not ask her to do AYITL, and she was a fan favorite...a main character. I would imagine it hurt that she wasn’t asked, but they managed to get her in the last “movie”, which was Lorelai and Luke’s wedding. :)

Love all the characters they all had good chemistry! She & Michelle bickering was funny! Michele's smart ass commits, like when lorlelai' buying a used car. Or eating bagels, which i totally agree. And he rolled baby davey under the bad. Tell everyone its a baby mouse, people love babies. Haha and the best the dolls tea party. A game, take the eye balls out & figure out which doll they go to. 😂
If they do more and please do more and soon its been 6 years already since the revival! Just go straight from how it ended, finding out rorys pregnant , do the wedding in the square just pick up where it left off!

McCarthy forgets that this show made her. She's a big star now (at least in her own mind) and she has no time for the show and fellow actors who gave her that original push. We will see how long that lasts since her last few films BOMBED!!

I gotta believe that maybe scheduling was an issue, she was doing alot of movies and maybe wanted to not bother her since Melissa's career was crazy sky rocketing at the time, Amy is a great writer and considerate and very giving with the time she has available (met her once and answered some questions for me...things we all know, she was busy :) handling business). but overall this cast and crew was good vibes similar to supernatural damn Sorry didnt make it all the way thru the video comp...
I just watched & finished the original show and the revival(2016) series, let me say bring it all back it's been 6 years since the reunion/revival, I mean rorys pregnant we can't leave it there! Also I think Sookie was deff missing from the 4 episodes, I think some character stories could have been seen more and then ended leaving mainly the main characters for further stories maybe, but the OG show was fantastic, didn't watch when I was younger but it was great at age 29 the show aged well in my opinion and I'll prob give it a rewatch at some point in time... great characters, great comedy, chemistry the love etc all good. They don't make shows like this anymore, here's to hoping for more gilmore girls SOON! ❤️

Catherine Thurmond I was so sad that he died. And at the end of the regular series, he’s talking to Lorelai and saying how she built a life in Stars Hollow, and so on, and it was a rare moment for his character. Emily was fussing and saying that it’s not like the two of THEM were saying goodbye...(Richard and Lorelai). When I watch that scene (I don’t know how many times I’ve seen it!), I cry every single time! I’m like, but they ARE!!! 😔 It would’ve been different with him in it, for sure!

The sequel to the gilmore girls was horrible. They only showed like 5 episodes it was junk it left with Alexis character rory pregnant following her mom's foot step basically. They should have just stuck with finale season Luke and Lorelei
