Freezing bacteria doesn’t kill it, we put things in the fridge because bacteria need warmth to multiple at cold temperatures this process is slowed down, the only way to kill bacteria is to overheat it to around 100°c the freezer stops bacteria multiplying but when they get warm again it will be the same
