- The performances more than lived up to the hype of day one of the Olympic Games Test Events in Paris as the two in-form women in 2023, Beth Potter and Cassandre Beaugrand, gave us a finish to remember in the French capital, securing gold and silver respectively. Beth Potter is a fantastic athlete and really deserves the many race victories she had claimed lately. Just a shame she doesn't post any videos on her channel anymore as there is some great content there but just nothing from the last year.
Well done Beth Potter Finally! However 1st and 2nd are 2 of 3 of my favourite Female triathletes. Just missed Flora.. cant wait for mens race friday. Plse live stream. 👍

Great performance by Beth. Cassandre and Emma Lombardi were fantastic. Laura Lindemann has been very consistent thru all these years. Knibb and Spivey are the two Americans ready for #Paris2024. Who will be the 3rd spot.
Nice places for Team GB Yee and Potter 🇬🇧 but we need more Depth from a younger Atheltics
This is one of the free events you don't need a ticket to watch plus most roads will be closed so spectators can walk around streets of Paris freely.
Is the bike course too easy ?
They came into T2 all bunched up
Maybe but this not uncommon but more often the groups spilt appart with strong riders at the front but those were held up in the swim
Oh my god to swim in this disgusting Seine River is very brave!!! 😅
