Hi, we are not agents you can get all the details from Wasl application. Install and look for wasl village you will get all details.
Wasl village is quite pricey and smells. At night you smell raw sewage, during the day you smell what the while apartment is cooking while you're in your house. If you make a maintenance request, rest assured they ARE NOT coming, if they do, they'll simply do what you already did and a laymen and they are gone
Yes, it was out of our budget, so we didn't take it. But when we asked people staying there, they said it's good and there's no smell. We have been staying in WASL buildings for a long time, and their maintenance is very good. They respond quickly and consider our suggestions from surveys. We are very happy with WASL's service. It could be that WASL Village has a separate maintenance team. Try contacting WASL directly.

Metro is bit far and the closest metro station is Al Qusais. There is RTA bus stops in walkable distance. But I think it will be bit difficult without own transportation.
