I had a question for y’all. I have a 2001 warrior and I have taken everything apart, the frame is bare. Every time I try to put the cases together and seal it the transmission locks. I have looked and I can’t find anything wrong with it. Theres very few information online about the transmission and how to put it together so I don’t know if I put it together correctly. It’s done this the past few times, another thing is that after it is together the transmission will make a noise and stop working, It will shift through the gears but have no output so the warrior won’t move. I was wondering how I could fix this issues? Or should I just buy a new trans and see if that fixes it?

There are washers that if you leave out it will do this. I highly recommend grabbing the repair manual for it just for reference. It will show you what dose where. Other things that can cause is the trans itself inspect ever gear and tag on it. Last thing that I can think of is if the cases where sanded down to much on a surfacing stone

@@zoomzoompartsllcthanks guys, I just put rtv on the cases and the transmission works. In the past it would lock up after I put rtv on it.

For the cases, yamabond is needed, but be careful. Usually, a thin layer is all you need. If you go too much, it can do damage over time. Ask Trevor lol
