Thank you for all this great info. Looking into a cruise for January time which has this package. But it's gone up to $80 a day plus gratuity. The cruise is an 11 nighter so it's not cheap 😅
Did they stick to the dining schedule on Shabbos? Did they provide wine for kidush and challalh for hamotzie? Was there a shaloshudis on Shabbos or was it just considered dinner?

Going on a Royal Caribbean Cruise this summer with the Fresh Kosher package. I saw online that the AC turns off when you open the balcony. Any tips to be able to deal with that issue on Shabbat? Thank you!!
You made a comment about a kosher item or two in the windjammer cafe. Can you explain that in a little more detail? Also, on a non kosher cruise, did you ever have the kitchen prepare fish double wrapped in foil?
In the past, I have had the double wrapped fish and veggies in foil, tho now with the kosher restaurant available, I don't do that anymore. In terms of windjammer, it's definitely something to discuss with the mashgiach on the ship (if there is one). The desserts are made in a separate kitchen from the savory foods AND the bread is separate as well, so that is something to factor in. But I would leave that to a mashgiach to discuss.
