【4K】Spring Bike Ride from Tampere to Pirkkala

First bike ride of the year! It was a perfect day to open cycling season. Sun was shining and there were no more snow or ice on the sidewalks. I ride across Hatanpää and Härmälä towards Pirkkala and back. I hope you enjoy the ride!

Why are the bike lanes covered with some tiny gravel?

These pavements get really icy and slippery during winter, so they put gravel there so people wouldn't slip. However, it takes some time into spring before they actually clean gravel away.
