I agree with your description. Holly Springs has a relaxed vibe. We fell in love with our neighborhood after hearing a kid playing outside with his friends say, “I have to go home now. The streetlights are on.” My husband and I haven’t heard that since we were kids!
Does Holly Spring still has the landfill stink issue or is it resolved? The last time I visited, I did not face it but I was probably visiting a a different part of the town.
I think you forgot to mention that infrastructure hasn't nearly kept up with growth so we're experiencing water supply and quality issues, the smell from the landfill if you live anywhere behind Target and your kids won't actually go to HS schools b/c they're capped.

I’ve studied the attendance zones. Quite a few neighborhoods in holly springs are assigned to fuquay varina for high school because of how packed the high school in holly springs is
