Yo! He confirmed your theory that this album was a way for him to be a child again : czcams.com/video/imXo8H9o0Mc/video.html
At 11:20 in the video.
I need everyone in the comments who said I was talking nonsense to apologize to me RIGHT NOW!!!!😂😂😂😂
YAYO is a straight banner!🔥🔥🔥🔥
On repeat
Rema is versatile and his music is full of information and spirituality. Rema is a beast.
I love when artist have a new vibe every album. It means they are growing, a quality many artists lack now a days.
Its refreshing seeing a 'pop' african music artist actually being an artist and not just vibing.
Yh Rema is special
Your thinking da work my gee
Absolutely!
@@_Lesplay really you think you know anything happening to your notice?
I love the album. People just don't want change. They want to keep hearing the same kind of sound they are used to
And then complain about the sound being boring
“It’s hard for people to understand your problems when as a person all you represent is the solution to all their problems”
This is so deeeeeeep!
❤😊
If you don't like him fuck off!!!! If you where to be in he's position right now you do more than he's doing right now. No matter who he's turns out to be he will always be my favorite rema ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Listening to the album song after song I just kept thinking this is Rema's version of Yeezus na, then when I heard the begining of War Machine, I was like this is his version of Bound na (but then the beat changed and my theory wasn't so perfect again). But overall even if you don't like the sound of the album as a fan of music you have to respect him for exploring beyond the norm. That just vibing sound in most afrobeats can be so tiring, we shouldn't let the west box the whole of Africa into just one sound.
It's a new genre. Like its beyond afrobeats
What the fuck...this is noo affrobeat....and it can never be beyond African beats......u dig what me a say
Rema is just so creative bringing new patterns always ......the last song explains everything But again, the boy is an international star using every resource he seems to get his hands on Remy keep doing it thank you ❤❤❤❤
Ur channel is moving up. Big ups!
Small small
Bro the album be just fire , different vibe different feeling so tried of these afro beatz Song sounding one way this is a nice always count on rema to bring somethinf different aswear most of these songs are going to bang in the clubs exactly HEHE AND MARCH AM
For me all the song in the album was good from beginning to end .
Your observations are really valid
This is a very very good breakdown. This makes me listen to the album in a completely different context. Nice one bro!
Thanks a lot. I like the whole album now after listening for some time
Same
You know what? this reminded me of when other greats like Tyler the creator and lil yatchy ventured into new sounds, IGOR and Let's Start Here, definitely people won't appreciate it now, in due time, people will understand how crucial this album was for Rema's growth as an artist. Great video!
I can't wait to see the comments in a few years
i love the album.....
Yooo! This what I've been saying since I heard his album. I don't even f w Rema like that but with people posting left and right and some calling it trash I decided to check it out. Coincidentally now I know was the first one I heard and I fell in love instantly. Funny this isn't even my main account, I just logged in looking for something and decided to click this. Kudos to you man. No one seems to get it. I do hope Rema finds a way to fill that void
Thanks for watching man. Now I know is surely the best song on the album
This is the only album i have play all the song back to back this album is full of creativity and new style
You Broke it down perfectly 👊🏾💯
Ur thoughts and analysis of Rema as an artist and as a person is epic, with deeper meanings and so much emphasis on his thoughts, his mood and his general feelings when writing these songs 👍👏
Thanks Salomi😊
Frrr
I love the album sm ❤
Love the new background,.... road to 10K
Soon
You are a very good analyst brother!KEEP IT UP!
Thank you Mario😊
Finally!
Someone that's using 100% of his brain ❤
Rema's chain symbol :house(himself), cross (beliefs),fire(Passion),rose(growth), upside-down house(industry start),bat(Benin city).so maybe if you don't understand something,pls ask
My favorite songs are currently Heis and War Machine. I think those are the only two songs that I can get into currently. I love the production of them. Heis sounds very Northern, Indian for me and I love it. How he merges the chaotic-ness of the drums and the soothing voice of the chorus vocals and the violins. And his voice fitting nicely in the middle. It's like a soundtrack to an Indian war movie, and I'm just here for it. War Machine also sounds great, the drum pattern on the instrumentals also slaps. The rest weirdly sound generic to me, and it just has instruments that are not in the conventional beats of this type. Maybe I will understand it in the future but now dierrr naaah.
we let u cook and this is what u said...💀💀
@@williamdraws2118 i said let me cook, i didn't tell you i'm making a gourmet though 💀
Great review. Please I would love if you come back and give an update of what you think about it in the future.I’m curious to know how it goes for you. For me, the album got better after each listen. I began to understand each sound better and I now love the whole album even more for its polarizing and energetic high vibration. I highly recommend this is as the album you go to to lock in when you’re working out, trying to get a job done, or doing anything that requires momentum.
@@clintonebioma4928 I wrote something to this reply but unfortunately i don't know where it went, it just disappeared 🥲 my heart. Maybe one day you'll know. Put a pen in this comment, we will come back to it in the future
I hope Rema is okay... U spoke my mind...
this is the best afro album I have ever heard.. song just has a way of shaking people
I'm subscribing cos you were on point with your theory. I was telling my wife this same theory some days ago. You literally repeated my words. Mad oh!
Haha I'm happy I'm not the only one who saw it. Thanks for the sub man😊
The album shows different shades of the complex and talented superstar we know and love.
What a detailed analysis
Excellent job bruv
Wow.... eyes opening on some hidden stuff here 😮😮😮
you feed your ego because you don't know how to feed your soul 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Rema has a new listener!
Tye dark vibe be killer, edey match the content🤌🏾
Nice
The album is fire🧡🧡🧡
It's time for everyone to mature, the world is becoming creepy this man is saying the truth believe it or not but it's the fact
March Am, Yayo, Benin Boys, Ozeba, Egungun, Now I Know are the songs that are on repeat
Not a huge fan of the new style but mixed with his old style like on songs like Egungun or Yayo, I think it’s great
I love the album from the first song to last 🦇🇳🇬🦇
U REALLY GET SENSE MY BOI! NOLLYWOOD HQ 👀
Thanks Nollywood hq😁😊
You are very right sir 😢 he is really missing it like me
Bro is turning playboi carti 😂
Intelligent dude, well put
New studiooooooo.🔥🔥🔥
Makes sense why you tore up the posters from the previous video.❤
Yhh
Great Video ❤
Love the new studio 🔥
Osikani!! Thanks bro
Superb analysis bro: U said almost all!👍
Thanks Chukwu😊
This album was short and straight to the point. I love the overall vibe and dark feel.
It’s definitely going to be in my rotation.
I love this album a ton, I really enjoyed the RAVAGE EP and I was happy to see him explore that rough sound some more. I really enjoy rock and aggressive dancehall and I feel like Rema was channeling* dancehall artists like old Vybz Kartel with sounds like MHMH with Rema's HEHEHE. And Aidonia's aggressive sound as a whole, think Yeah Yeah Yeah.
Whether Rema is in Illuminati or whatever, most of us have no right to judge. I've never had to fend for myself like this before. I've had pain, I've lost a lot of family from 2020 till date, and I'm currently in a bad place yet I had my childhood. Someone else commented about Michael Jackson syndrome and that's a fact. We love to judge these people that grew up on our screens as if we can cope different. From Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez to Justin Bieber and Ayra Starr, the judgement is just too much. Anyway, I think Rema is special and talented, let's just let him cook. Such a unique artiste
Many people will never understand his position
Yes😔@@_Lesplay
Only if u know that man can either be influenced by demons or the holy spirit, you won't make such comments
Rema is a genius that's all I have to say about the album. 🔥
I heard war machine while high on the plane... I had shivers up and down my spine and listened to the rest of the album and it was amazing!!!
I like how it feels like he wants the recognition for his contribution to afro pop going global. Cold
I’m looking forward on your review on E.L’s BAR 7 mixtape.
You are the best in this.
I love the new background bro 😁…..greater heights
Just waiting for the lights to be delivered 😁😁
@@_Lesplay awesome! 😁😁😁
Your analysis is 💯 percent on point.
👌✨ Ping!!!
He's trying to relive his teenage years he lost to adult responsibilities.
Omo make I no too talk , y'all can't understand unless he explain it himself bad commando official video can explain a little.
I felt our connection when I heard now I know 😊
Bro, you analysed this project so well.
Thanks man😊
Most of the beat sounds like God of war I love it
I didn't think of it like that. You may be right.
I like this vibe with the background 😊
Thanks man
"Love and affection, direction.." I see you👊🏽
You caught it 😁
I love his creativity
Thank you😊
Nice video genuinely 🔥
Thanks Paul
Okay so it’s not just me who likes the dark vibe in your video. I hope you’re not replacing the rock and that gorgeous “the office” Indian girlie though
The Rock is out of here 😂😂
I agree with you
Except I do like the album,
But I was also thinking he took some inspiration from Naruto. I mainly see esp sasuke with the one red eye, in his case he does have crows instead of bats when using the genjutsu(powers of the red eye)
But like Rema, idk if you know the series, Sasuke "technically" also lost his brother and his whole family and had to grow up really early + work really hard to achieve his sharingan (the one red eye).
I could see how Rema could relate to that.
*ps just a thought people, don't come for me pls*
Very interesting. I don't watch Naruto but that's an interesting parallel. Nice observation
Best Analysis of the album on CZcams So Far, Love from Uganda. But Why tf r there so many African aunties in the comment section😂
Thanks DJ. The African aunties will always do their thing😂😂😂
The whole songs from the album slaps like crazy 🔥💯😈
This album will truly be appreciated if you have the ear for finding genius sounds. I remember when no one knew Asake. I heard him and told my kid brother this guy will shock Nigeria.
Everyone has a darkside so let Just take it this is REMA bringing his dark side to show us it hasn't been easy
Quality video. Weldone
You guys should check out his new chain,It mocks God too much,a church upside down burning? What is happening?😢
That's old. The chain was also his last album cover
Bro church isn't God
New are speaking facts bruh ❤
If Rema like make him cough for studio i dey put am on repeat 😁😁😁
I've been thinking the same thing. I love that he is growing and being creative as an artist but where is it going, yes seems very dark and unlike a lot of the tunes we enjoyed from him.
Bossu I get question oo, is the dark theme background to compliment Rema's dark album, or it's just the new set now? I really hope it's the latter, cos it's dope 🔥
That's the set now. It just happened to go well with the video
@@_Lesplay oh great, that's dope!
@@_Lesplaycool.
I Love the Album ❤ your analysis is nice 🎉
The album is 🔥….if u feel otherwise, give the album time,u ll catch up
I think Rema is finally at peace with his demons. I love it!!!
what the actual fu-
Damn this album is groovy as fuck🔥🔥🔥
I loved the whole album, artistly is great
I love this new album❤🎉
Childlike? Chaotic? I disagree!!! This album is 🔥🔥🔥
It can be both. Childlike and chaotic does not necessarily mean 'bad'. Rock music is known for being chaotic. RnB is smooth and calm but they are both enjoyable.
@_Lesplay first of all, when you say childlike, you're making him sound like trash
My bro has the Micheal Jackson syndrome 🙃
It’s obvious he’s going through a trauma reset, but his music is still fire tho
War machine was like a hip pop song
A great one
It has a witchcraft cloud. 7:53
💯💯💯💯💯
You spoil there. Fire piece. 🔥🔥
Thanks bro
😂😂😂😂 rema is genius that's it
Crazy genius
I love it so much
Same bro
I love the album❤
The dark room vibe is okay bro

Not all are for me 😅
Same here
I like your dark vibe😅
Niiice
Your opinions are your opinions....
Exactly as I said in the video...
What's wrong about his opinion
I love the album
He should just leave smoke
I wish all those people criticising will see this
