Well in my interpretation Asriel is dead and Alphy’s found a flower covered in Asriel’s dust so she injected determination into him. He had Asriel’s thoughts but not is mind and not a lot of his original personality. Asriel is just a ghost who is stuck to Flowey like how Chara is stuck to Frisk. I hope that makes sense

@@user-lo6uq3ub4e well, the timeline is a timeline before Frisk fell, which is why they weren’t there. And, Sans saw that I was pulled into the portal, so he tried to get me out, but failed due to being tired. Sans didn’t know what was happening on the other side of the portal.
canon design is cool but its complicated proably(have tried, making an abomination instead) using hair was to make things easier, atleast this sans does not like the fanon one 😂
