I used to drink heavily and can relate to everything you saying, I'm grateful to Covid for helping cut down on alcohol and removing the toxic people in my life. I still drink but its soo minimal now and its usually indoors, super grateful for the change and I'm more productive.

Hey Thuto! Thanks for this Vid, I totally relate with the alcohol part. For me it all started when I would want to be "white girl wasted" and the worst part is that I'm an introvert so I would do things that are waaaaay out of character. I still cringe when I think about the things I would do under the influence and I was on anti-depressants, it was just a bad combination all around. Yikes the blackouts were the worst.😅

The honesty and accountability while discussing the alcohol part 👌🏾I am impressed, thanks for being open!and yes they are a people out here who don't drink, am 26 and I have never tasted alcohol... all my friends drink, I don't mind... honestly people ask me why don't you drink and I tell them there is no major reason, it's just a decision I took in my early teens that I won't drink alcohol ever!

I’ve stopped last month , so I’m feeling better with the decision of leaving alcohol 🙏🏽 also , varsity is very hard 😭 just graduated last Friday & it’s also one of my biggest accomplishments, after surviving depression , my degree is definitely an achievement ! ♥️♥️
