Makes me wonder why there were no unique team moves in Dramatic Mode, especially these two...
Probably because implementing them would be troublesome because of both characters constantly changing their relative positions simultaneously. They did add team-specific moves in Street Fighter EX3 (which was a tag fighter), so I think team specific moves would actually work in Variable Mode instead. But both Variable and Dramatic modes were more like an addition rather than the main focus, that's probably why they didn't consider it.
It's easy to question those things decades later and not really consider the situation at the time. Up to that point there were already means to make specific team moves, like in Xvsf and even Juni and Juri in this game. So If the idea already existed, we must think that It didnt became a universal system (like Neogeo Battle Coliseum, from the mid 00s) in the cps2 era for hardware limitations. Memory/capacity or whatever.
Could be either that or the fact Alpha 3 wasn't made with a tag fighter mindset in mind as a whole.

Owliare because in Japan, based on the Bara stereotype... big strong hairy men like Zangief are typically seen as gay men, while respectable well-groomed men are seen as straight. but once Capcom’s japanese headquarters finally started to realize how little us western fans understood that stereotype, they took it out of Zangief’s official bio altogether... probably slightly before the time he showed up as a playable character in the first version of SF4

Owliare mostly because of the different taste of manliness standard between eastern and western. As an Asian myself, I can confirm that we used to consider big hairy muscular men as somehow...gay, but not anymore. I just don’t think Capcom would go that far by stating that Zangief hate women lol

Es modo dramatic, presionas los tres botones de patadas y sin soltarlos presionas start y pelearás solo contra 6 oponentes a dos rounds, solo que mr bizarro configuro la placa a 1 round.
