Mika, the one who displaced Cammy as Best Street Fighter Girl for me.
Also, can't get enough of Zero/Alpha 3 music and backgrounds. The creativity during this period at Capcom was insane. This and 3rd Strike were pure art.

R. Mika voiced by Junko Takeuchi, who also as Naruto Uzumaki! If you saw when him does Oiroke no Jutsu (not voiced her female form, too bad!) resemble more Mika but without her costume! Did you think Kishimoto played at this game when in 1999 draw the pilot of his manga? Probably for me, and for you? And for the record, Takeuchi also voiced in SNK game Garou: Mark of the Wolves, a ninja character called Hokutomaru, who is so similar to Konohamaru! See you!
It looks like that when a manga is adapted to an anime the manga creators are invited to the castings for voice actors and their opinion is considered the most important so it is very likely that Kishimoto handpicked Takeuchi.
I'm not sure if he played the game, Naruto's female also resembles Sailor Moon, more known than Mika.

Is it possible to do sfv? I would love to see some off the wall tiger knee combos with kage, or learn swaggy new stuff with juri that would probably be impossible for me to do lol.

@@hibiki28 TAS generally needs to be performed on emulators where you can create save states to play around with situations under the current RNG and recreate the exact same scenario when running the saved inputs next time.

Holy crap, R.Mika is so much stronger in this version of SF ... puts SFV to shame.
Some say its one of the worst characters in alpha, maybe its just the tas what make her shine, but i always see her as a decent charcter
