It's good to see Remembrance of the Daleks at the top, as well as some love for the Gunfighters and the Romans. Every Doctor Who episode is great, yet we take to them differently, that's what makes these lists so interesting.
My ranking would look very different than yours, but I can't be too upset seeing some of my favorites outside the top 100 because almost all your scores are so high! I suppose that's what happens when we love the show in ALL its iterations. Great video!

a very different choice than mine, but well done, its nice seeing thew great Trought ranking so high. And doing the doctors speech from the Massacre, I'm actually glad that story doesnt currently exist, I was a sobbing mess just listening to, to watch it? I dont think I could handle it!!!

Wow. First of all well done on ranking every Classic story. No easy feat. I have it differs from my choices but that is by no means a criticism on your choice. If we all thought the same way life would be dull. My top 10 would be very different but i'm glad you put The Curse Of Fenric as high as you did. Nice video :)

@@rodneyharrington5049 trust me I am unapologetically scathing towards stories I think are bad I am not afraid of calling stories terrible just because they're from my favorite show. There's no forcing myself to like it, I think that people's criticism towards the Doctor's behavior is either; a) misunderstanding the story having justification for it, or b) a metafictional view that it being the end of the season was thus a bad impression. The latter obviously having no bearing on the story itself.
Romulus & Remus' actors being irritatingly bad with their.. acting.. is also completely divorced from the story itself.
Everything stacked against it is either because of release scheduling or acting quality- had this been the season opener or originally a novelization that didn't rely on acting to convey, it would be far less dragged on.
As I said; Ill never get the seemingly universal hate. And I fail to see how that is "forcing myself to like it".. 6.5 isn't even that high to begin with..
Thank you! I love this video - my only major disagreement is the low placement of Twin Dilemma. I think it's a decent story with both good and bad elements. Though to be fair, I am the person who genuinely prefers Warriors Of The Deep and Paradise Towers to Genesis Of The Daleks, so my opinion's validity should be called into question!
I still regard Remembrance as the best bridge between Classic + New. After all, 7+Ace are the most modern of the classic era and set the tone for the revival. It has the most iconic Doctor Who villains, great action and pacing, memorable cliffhangers, very relevant undertones, and also happens to be a bucket full of fun for everyone. Assuming you are at least remotely aware of the Dalek's, you'll 'get' it. Always nice to see it get a bit of love - especially now that people are wiser to the backstage politics and issues that plagued McCoy's run.
Its complete garbage. Worst story of all time. Hilariously awful.
I started watching Doctor Who around 1983/1984, then saw older stories on VHS after becoming a fan. My favourites were probably (in no particular order) Caves of Androzani, Genesis of the Daleks, The Deadly Assassin, Robots of Death, Talons of Weng-Chiang, Pyramids of Mars, Tomb of the Cybermen. Good to see Curse of Fenric and Remembrance of the Daleks high up, along with Greatest Show in the Galaxy my favourite 7th doctor stories.
Crazy how different everyone’s opinions are on the show. I spent the whole video having a mental breakdown as classic after classic was ranked below delta and the bannermen
I just really enjoyed Delta and the Bannermen 🤷♂️
I can agree that the Space Pirates wasnt very good
My favorite classic who story is the invasion and my least favorite story is the twin Dilemma

Ace's story mainly prefigures new who. Unfortunately her story is unfinished whereas Rose gets a good run.

Why is The Invasion so high? Because I think it's great and I love it :)
Who compiled this list and by what criteria.
There's always going to be different opinions but the vast majority of fans would put Pyramids of Mars and Talons of Weng Chiang in the top ten.
I'm gratified to see Invasion of the dinosaurs up there but even I wouldn't have put it that high.
This is all just my personal opinion :)
