    History of my experience
    what is Anxiety?
    Anxiety is repeated overflowing thoughts and Questions
    it can come in many forms and subcategories such as
    Depression, social anxiety, stress, paranoia etc
    Having these repetitive thoughts can cause stress
    it is normal for us to be anxious
    Example: When an individual is in danger, our mind automatically triggers the fight or flight whereas to react or stay calm
    Tip1
    1. not all questions are meant to be answered
    tips: the more you answer, the more questions will occur
    2. Do not judge your thoughts
    tip: it causes the reaction, the mind is a waterfall
    Even the holiest have negative thoughts
    it doesn't matter what kind of thought/Questions are in your mind
    - older generations have misjudged individuals struggling through mental health
    3. Reacting - the episode/energy
    tip: it is okay to have these episodes, let it flow and accept the feeling, it is in our nature to react
    this way fight or flight
    - practice practice
    4. awareness/mindfulness
    pay attention to your surroundings, pay attention to the NOW
    Be present at the moment

    Stress is a choice, we bring it to ourselves we must learn to control it
