Greetings from a subscriber! This place checks a lot of boxes! Washer/dryer, fireplace.... I especially like that there is more than one route into Boquete. Can you kindly reply and identify what the roof is made of? It looks like tile, but I think it looks too thin to be ceramic; maybe fiberglass? I'm also curious to know what's going on in these fields at 3:48. Gardening (fertilizer smell)? Future construction? Many thanks for any replies.
Hi, thank you for watching and subscribing. The roofs are made out of metal and can be noisy in the rain. The lot directly behind the property is a community space where you can grow vegetables etc. The lots next to it, brown looking, are additional building lots. Currently there are several more houses being built on other lots in this development. There is a mixture of Expats and Panamanians. BTW it gets windy at times, but the temperatures are amazing.
