    As you complete your goals you can cross them off your list and add new goals! As many as you like! I have a list of my main goals sitting on my altar that I chant about each day. This includes organizational goals not just my own goals. They don’t have to be just goals but things you would like to chant about each day such as the health and happiness of the members of your district as well as the health and growth of all SGI leaders in the world. I even chant about a SGI community center to be built in the city in which I live. The sky is the limit and no goal is too small or too big.

    Thank you for your Video and Explanation. I am into chanting since three weeks now. Can you pls tell me if I also can chant when I do housekeeping or cooking or on my daily Walking in the Wood with my dog? Does this also work? Or only if I am chanting before a Gohonzon?? Thank you for your reply. Greetings from Switzerland.

      SaphyreTree sure you can chant anytime and anywhere and you receive benefit from chanting and elevate your state of life. However the best and most powerful
      Chanting is seated in front of the Gohonzon. In this way you will make a greater connection to the Law of Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo. I often chant at home in front of my computer while I am working and it makes me very happy and helps me to work more efficiently and effectively because I feel great. You chant anywhere you want! NMRK permeates the universe and works anywhere

      Thank you so much for your prompt answer. I like so much to chant in the Woods because I then feel so deeply connected with everything. Again Thank you for your great work!!!

    1. "Energy cannot be created nor destroyed", then how can energy exist in the first place. It just exist, hard to comprehend this. It just exist. Hard to understand and accept it.
    2. "It can only transfer and change form", So when we chant, it can change our energy to positive and lead a positive life?

      Hello. Who taught Sgi. about goals or to win about your goals?. How many daimoku chanting you need for all your goals and shakabuku need to be done too?. There is not any teachings about it from The Nichiren my friend . The power from Odaimoku just brings the power from your awareness from within from cause and effect in your life.Japan.

    Can the chanting be done silently? Or should it be loud?

    • @johnhayden2968
      @johnhayden2968  Před 4 lety

      Most times I do not chant loud at all. I usually chant softly but to be honest the more I chant from my gut the greater the effect. Bottom line is you do need to chant aloud and not silently if you want to tap your enlightened nature. If you have any other questions please let me know. Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo is the sound of the great rhythm of the Universe. Chanting aloud is a must.

      @@johnhayden2968 Thank you so very much for such a quick response. I have never done this before and would like to try it, since this has been popping up in my life for a while now.
      Thank you for explaining that i need to chant out aloud and not in my mind.
      Do i need to visualize what i want while i am chanting? Does it matter if i keep my eyes open or closed?
      Apologize for asking so many questions :)
