I got a Wheeled Warriors coloring book from Salvation Army Santa when I was a kid in mid 80s. I didn’t know there was a toy line associated with it. These look like they would have been a lot of fun

Loved these toys. I got some of the main vehicles as hand me downs and would get accessory packs with my small allowance. Even duplicates were fun. Honestly buying a bag of loose bits would be fun.

I used to have most of these, and I loved them. I used to invert the axle assemblies to make them lower-riders.
I've always toyed (pun intended) with the idea of getting them, as they are easy to display, but, never pulled the trigger. If I do, now I know where to start. Cheers.

The amazing things the algorithm sends you to.... I had the two walkers and I believe Terror Tank as well, but seeing as how that was over 30 years ago, I cannot be certain on Terror Tank. The walkers were battery powered and identical aside from coloration, the cockpit style, and the spring-loaded weapon under the cockpit. The weapon was activated upon contact as well. The Lighting League walker was mostly white with blue legs and either a blue or silver spring-weapon while the Monster Minds' walker was all black with a dark grey or black spring-weapon and I think greenish or orange "hair". Keep in mind this information is old and I haven't even seen pictures of these things, let alone held one, since I was 12 or 13, about 30 years ago.

I had Saw Boss and KO Kruiser as a kid in 85-86. Up into the early 90's you could find these things at flea markets for a dollar or two. I would pick up Armed Force and Drill Sargent a few years later in the mid 90's but I never saw the other guys. As a kid I always wanted Terror Tank and Gun Grinner but never saw them until eBay came along. Spike Trike is extremely hard to find complete!

Dear Michael do you remember if this line ever had a 1990s release maybe of a smaller type of vehicle? I used to have a set like these when I was a child but I lost them when I went to the emergency room due to breaking my nose trying to get one that fell under bleachers. I remember my favorite one was this triangle-shaped vehicle but I replaced the wheels with treads and they were in a shape of a rhombus. The complete set had at least five or six vehicles that connected to each other like as if there were a train or can separate to make a convoy

Hah! This brings back a lot of memories. As a kid I had some cartoons on a VHS and it only contained the intro to the Wheeled Warriors - as you can imagine, I was so hyped, but never got to watch the show until many. many years later. This intro could be the best cartoon intro ever, some people think it's Mask, but for me... this was it... I love the cars, but I never saw the toys untill I watched your video...
Please, include more original intros to your toy reviews... I was so disappointed that the Mask review never had the intro in it.

The interchangeable parts reminded me of a toyline called Starriors that my little brother was into. My mom bought some at discount at Walgreens or something, and it started us on a quest to find as many as we could. I looked for a Starriors cartoon but haven't come up with anything. I just remember some comic books that came with the toys that had a story I liked at least.

1:31 I don't think Mattel cared about what went to what after the "Wheeled Warrior" toys left the factory; if they did, they would have designed them as non-interchangeable. This video is a valiant effort, but confusion seems to be a key thing with the toy-line and the cartoon "based" on it.

The two walkers are not too expensive online if you are patient. I found a 100% complete/working version of the Trail Blazer on eBay this week for $25.00 plus $10.00 shipping. They are never listed as complete though because, as Michael said in his video, most of the sellers have no idea whether they are complete or not.
Transformerland has a very good guide for all parts that I cross-referenced with this video, and the website appears to be correct. I am sure someone will find a difference between this guide and Michael's video guide, but I haven't yet. Here is a link to the written guide in case anyone needs it:
