I believe the PRS have their ways of collecting royalties from You Tube and the same algorithm that spotted the music in this clip would inform them of how many plays it's had, the amount of money involved would be minuscule anyway. As for Fair Use, I'm not sure how it would apply to this clip, I'm just happy it wasn't completely removed.

Thanks for the supportive comment but it's not as bad as it looks, that particular Facebook video is uploaded by myself and Douggy as we do Utter Philth together. I also upload it here so we can embed it in the Utter Philth site (www.utterphilth.com/)
However quite a few people have uploaded it as their own and edited out the credits which is a bit frustrating.
