You can totally tell how much YAN is invested in the SSP5 by seeing him return the slide at 4:04 so gentle like a father to his child :)
what i find amazing is how the split slide LOOKS like a single slide. its so well CNCd the two pieces fit togrther seemlessly.
I didnt like the idea of a split slide with nearly zero recoil, but once i had the ssp 5 5.1 in my hands and took a few shots, i was hooked and bought it on the spot. Its precision engineering and craftsmanship that you can feel when firing and just holding in your hands.
My biggest question, if this is supposed to replace a primary, why isn’t it select fire? WE is the only one OEMing select fire HC’s. If someone was to make a high quality (not WE or WE rebranded) select fire HC with a nozzle for CQB and another for outdoor FPS, you couldn’t keep them in stock.
His ssp18 is that but a Glock😢
It would be rly good if you guys make a short version like 5.1 or 4.3 style of the front slide and barrel for people who like it more compact, its a great primary pistol but this thing as more compact secondary is amazing.

Not a fan, a huge point of custom HiCapas is that they're custom. Unless you offer this as a part-picker-thing its simply a different product. With heavy 30 round mags you will never compete with rifles no matte how well you gun shoots. Airsoft is simply not a one shot one kill type thing. Also if this gun has 1.5J it should not be compared to 1J guns, and will not be allowed in 1J situations like CQB and as a backup.
I'm not a full on hater, i like my SSP-1 and SSG24, as well as some Novritsch textile stuff, but the marketing on this one is predatory. Also you keep talking about the reddot, but then its sold separately and together makes for an even more obscene price.
Check his page and the live stream video it’s a project gun that basically is pre upgraded if u wait a little bit u will get all the custom parts the other guns have like red accessories and internal there are silver slides out I think and a built In tracer unit in production looks crazy too me
I don't really care about the gun or your opinion on it, but I disagree with the one shot one kill part. Just recently I was on an airsoft summer camp, and for a few days I ran a 14rnd pistol only with a single map and a backup speedloader with BB's. When you have the surprise advantage, one or two shots is usually enough to warrant a kill

@@lunazwerenz5827 the ssp5 has a good feeling but it shoots really strong. I tried it with green gas and 0,25 bbs and its over 1 Joule... too much for our fields. I will try blue gas soon.

My ssp1 broke like the top keeps getting stuck alot but i do maintanace. But now i have it there no use bc it broke idk and im broke to buy new peaces

Awesome! :D i played with it couple of games with HPA setup (Adapter, MP5 Mags and at 130psi) it performs really good. Only downside is that the Mp5 mags cant 't feed .40s properly. Maybe it would work if you change the spring of the mags for stronger ones.

It’s doable, you can lower fps by using weaker gas or shortening the inner barrel, also the range is 1 joule to 1.5 depending on the bb used, it would take trial and error but you can get it to work

if you dont got enough money just get a cheap and well known rifle in the community. doesnt have to be great but if you want to have cheap reliable airsoft as a beginner a cheap aeg is probably the way to go

I watched all the SSP5 video presentations, and I really think it's an interesting product. But... you keep saying it's "holsterrable" with all attachments. But it's only true for righties: your "universal holster" is leaving 12% of your potential customers in the cold. And, looking at the screw holes in the SSP5, making a leftie one is not planned... too bad :(
