the problem is the COLA raise think of this if u get the 941.00 and get lets say a 3% raise you get 28,23 raise but if you are above the poverty say you get 2k what would that raise be 60 that is double it is made to keep the people that are under poverty there and to give more to the ones that are above it

I know a guy that has only food stamps and has been waiting over a year for his SSI. He passed out from the heat (heat stroke) and is now attempting to recover in a nursing rehab facility near Middle River, MD.
