I am a 77-year-old man of Italian heritage. While growing up I always remembered around the holidays my Grandparents and parents eating Lambs head. I myself wouldn't, that is until I was in my 30's. It is CUT in half and baked. My wife being of Irish and German background TOTALLY AMERICANIZED was Horrified when I cooked it. She REFUSED to sit at the table. I explained casually to her, "Every night you sit down and eat dinner, YOU look at it, well here is dinner looking bacK".
