Currently, I play baseball for my high school, but I am also a skater. You wouldn't see similarities, yet Justin talking about the "fluid motions" is on point with skating too. If anyone else sees this comment and is a skater, if you are interested in baseball, do it. It's definitely different, but trust me, you'll pick it up fast. Finally, thanks Justin. I've been watching just so many of your videos and have improved a ridiculous amount.

I used to play baseball in high school. 22 now. I jammed my throwing shoulder 2 throughout my high school career and my arm strength hasn’t been the same since. Should I go get my shoulder checked out or just work on building my shoulder strength back?
