I love this content so many people told me I'm way over my head for thinking about going straight into luxury market as if every realtor didn't have their FIRST luxury deal what's the difference between a first luxury deal as a "experienced" realtor than a first deal of a "new" agent I may never know bc I'm a new real estate agent in NY going for it.

I’m in the process of getting my real estate license. Not only am I excited for my potential earnings, but I’m more excited about every day being different and staying busy. Having a 9-5 at boring desk job just isn’t the lifestyle I want to continue to live 😂… I want hectic and crazy 😂😂😂😂

Great content. I am almost finished with my license with Barney Fletcher and will be licensed by January. I am currently going to listing meetings and open house caravans every Tuesday with Sotheby's Luxury Atlanta Homes in Marietta. Jim Glover is my mentor and have been learning how this business works from him and his team. I'm looking forward to getting out in the field asap!
