Let’s be serious. It’s all about sexual side effects. Main reason why men don’t go on finsteride. If this limits sexual dysfunction = game changer
I had the operation with aquabeam in Italy on 11/28/23. after some pre-admission tests, the following day the urologist reduced the central part of my prostate by 70 percent. the course is unpleasant because you have to wear the catheter for a few days and then you are subject to hospitalization (needles, antibiotics, antithrombosis, heparin, etc.). I was discharged today 2/12/2023. at the moment everything is going well: erection and urination are working. I will soon check whether I have retained the function of ordinary ejaculation. the doctor told me that I had an adenoma that was targeting the ejaculatory function part and that my prostate had hardened following various prostatitis. the total cost, including the services of the medical team, the tests and hospitalization in a private clinic, is 8000 euros, of which I have only paid a part. the rest was paid by the private insurance I took out, which however will also reimburse me for this part. In Italy, however, some public hospitals carry out this operation free of charge, but it is necessary to join long waiting lists.

This Doctor did my Aquablation surgery, he assured me before the procedure that Aquablation therapy will preserve sexual functions and should be no side effect like Retrograde Ejaculation . Unfortunately I am disappointed that after one year of surgery still experience retrograde ejaculation , I went to this doctor for his good reputation and good reviews but he is not telling the truth about the side effect and I am only 53 . Yes the aquablation fixed my over night waking up 3 to 5 time and now I can sleep 8 hours without interruption and also no frequent urgency during the day and the stream flow is great .
If you are old and not sexually active it may be worth to do it but if you are in my age 53 and still sexually active and you want to make married life normal it’s not worth To risk it .
I see you posted this about a week ago. How long ago did you have the procedure? I wonder if you just need more time to heal?

Canada is so frickin slow to get any of these better proceedures i was thinking about Rezum after 8 yrs it just started coming here its not covered by our medical shit system going to cost me
