Honestly one of my favourite features of the game was these random events like it’s a small touch but a good one at that seeing your rivals crashed by the side of the road as you go soaring past is a great feeling not to mention reminds you the other cars exist outside of just the stage times at the end.
2:30 The marshal was standing to the right, since driving to the left would've been the best bet to get around the next corner with the wrecked car on the inside. Moving him over would've put him right on the racing line.
I think WRC generations missed out on these to give the game a more realistic feel to it. You do some cars on the side of the road, broken down but that’s about it.

If I remember correctly, you have to earn points by finishing championships and then get this cheat in bonus menu, but I'm not really sure, because that was a couple of years ago
I have no idea if it does work on newer PS3 revisions (e.g. Slim and super slim), because it would have to be emulated anyways, but it might work on earlier PS3's with PS2 hardware inside them

In 2006 i played in this game & i think this is the best wrc game
As for simulation level It Is only second to Richard Burns Rally.
