If they end this season without a happy ending for the boys I’m going to be very disappointed with the entire series
I have high hopes. I don’t think they’d choose to end it in a bad way. It would just put a sour taste on the whole series.
I think the ending will be happy but it would be extremely unlike a Nordic series if the happy ending was them being together. I see their story more of a coming of age, growth story. But we'll see.

i can't see it ending on a bad note. lisa (the writer) has always been a "love above all" type of person.. from what ive seen on her insta anyway. i dont think she'd write a story in 3 parts and have it end badly.. knowing she's let down the entire loyal fan base. fingers crossed anyway.

The STRESS, the physical pain, I feel in my body with YR is just beyond. This show is modern day Shakespeare. I’ve watched the first two seasons probably 12x, and charted all the relationship connections (band kids, PE teams, secret societies, roommates, classmates, etc.) and all the parallels between groups and seasons. We already know that this season will be devastating. The pain we will feel. The week between first 5 eps and the finale will make it to the news. I’m convinced people will be discussing class strife, modern monarchy, sexuality on the news because of YR. We will need collective therapy. I recommend Faith in the Future album as free therapy whenever shit hits the fan. Oooof.

Edvin was 17 when season 1 was filmed and 20 when season 3 was filmed so he has grown a little. I think Kit and Joe were 17 when HS season 1 was filmed. Omar being 21 when season 1 was filmed meant he wasn’t going to change much between seasons.
07:13 Omar was born in 1998. Edvin in 2003, the same year as Joe was born. Kit is the youngest of these four. He was born in 2004.

It’s so crazy, but the trailer made me feel like there’s no happy ending - That, maybe the last clip of them lying by the lake, crying means being forced to accept that it’s not working out. And that maybe it is one of the last scenes in general. I hope that I was fooled big time 🥺
On the other hand it is one of the most unpredictable shows I’ve ever watched and it literally could go anywhere…

i have been watchging young royals S3 trailer alot i was thinking about the very last of the trailer where they both was laying together and i think that might be the last scene in episode 5 and then we have to waite week after to see how they going to end the final episode and also we might need to get tissuess ready its going to be emotional and its going to be good but im never going to be ready for it to be over there passion there chemistry is so beautiful to watch and they done this so perfect the cast the writeing and everyone who was in it they done a mazing job i just love everything they done with this in every season but it going to be sad when it is over but they always be in your hears for now and ever they be miss but never forgotten they be here with us for ever just love them and every cast iam just happy what they done all this iam just proud of all of them.

Given that this show is anti-monarchy and a major theme is love vs duty and from the very beginning it’s been said that Wille’s problem isn’t that he’s queer, it’s that he’s a prince, I cannot imagine the show ending without wilmon together. 💜
