I have an older sanyo TV and it's only 720p resolution so would it be better to buy this or the 4k streaming box and never use the 4k resolution setting?

How can you air play
Do you NEED to plug it into the power outlet? Or can it work just being hooked up to the TV HDMI port?
Needs USB power as some TVs have that already.
My device won't connect to wifi yet my internet app show the device connected to wifi. I set up device on my chomebook and my Samsung phone.
Lol the initial loading is the same for all Google TV devices including the Nvidia shield. You have to take the system update
Greetings, is it true that the device gets very hot?
Can you install google chrome in it?
These don't seem to work with an OTG Cable so you can't add more Storage to them. I tried doing it with the Onn TV Box 4K but none of the OTG Cables I tried worked and it also wouldn't let me add Ethernet to it. Hopefully eventually Walmart will allow people to use OTG Cables with these Devices and add more Storage and Ethernet to them but for now I'll stick with my Google Chromecast With Google TV 4K because they allow adding both.

I have the previous version of the ONN stick (4.4 GB storage) and it's just very slow. Is the new one faster?

Great video, Thank you just set mine up. I'm only having 1 trouble hopefully you can help me with. I downloaded Xplore, and for some reason ONN OS won't let me access files even though I have given all file permissions. Do you know how I can fix this. I want to copy my files I have saved on my cloud drive to the ONN. Any help would be much appreciated!!!

Yes I have tried multiple file managers. I know when I purchased the new firestick I had the same issue but the Amazon firestick OS put out an update that enabled these permissions and I had access. However, with the ONN I have the latest OS but still no luck accessing the files I need to. definitely weird for sure. @@iptvwire

I know when this happened on the new firesticks that were just released there was an update to the OS that was released that fixed it. However, I haven't seen anything for the ONN. have you had any issues with file manager not giving full access to all files?@@iptvwire

Doesn't have the update that the actual Google devices have, but it's not too shabby either.

I nvr used the onn stick how is it compare to the onn streaming box i use alot .
Walmart actually discontinued the Onn Google TV Stick... But the streaming box is much better
I still get the onn sticks I been loadn them up wallmart by me has both stick n boxes been buyn the sticks now after using them .

How well does it game for $15? Could make a nice emulation device.
That's a great question. I'm sure it could perform basic gaming needs but it only has 1.5GB of RAM, 8GB of Internal Storage, and less processing power than other Android TV devices on the market. NVIDIA Shield is the best device for gaming.
True, but I wasn't referring to heavy gaming. We're talking about retro games up to PS1 at the very most. If so, not a bad way to spend $15. Can use it for streaming and light retro gaming.@@iptvwire
