For your arbitrages, is it hard for you guys to convince landlords to let you do it? How many "no's" did you guys hear before you got a landlord to say "yes"?
@@ameliamcgee657 Okay! Also, do you guys run into any issues with regulations with your arbitrages? Or, is it not really an issue because you aren't renting them for less than 30 days at a time. This is my only real hesitation when pursuing this.
@@avaisabella5585 No regulations. The thing you want to be careful of is HOA rules. Some complexes has rental restrictions, like requiring a minimum of 6 month or a year lease, but these are rare. Most are 30 days.

The first person I asked said yes but maybe I just got lucky? Although I think Grace found hers after only a couple of tries as well!

You'll want to make a template and blast it out to a bunch of people on craigslist, facebook marketplace, Zillow. Then pick from the yes'.

What I’ve learned so far- I want to start MTRs too- is to check for nearby hospitals. That’s where travel nurses will be working.
