BeamNG devs once again proving why they're the best in the business. Every time they add more high quality content to the game I'm blown away I don't have to pay extra to get it. In fact, I'm so grateful I intend on buying more copies of the game for friends and family in the future.

Speed cameras and the crash cams have been tested with the NFS MW 2012 map which IIRC was made by one of the BeamNG devs

@@slideways8022devs themselves likes to try something different during their free time as well, and any mod they put out is essentially their own form of beta testing before they decide if they should go ahead with it as part of vanilla or stays as a mod
@@LocalRapid I love the idea of dev mods and it should be a thing that's done more often. Some are neat little content bonuses like GIANTS' addons for the Farming Simulator series.

I think West Coast map needs to enlarge the main city with more big buildings and more shopping districts. It would be nice to have more residential complexes as well. The city despite being big, still feels small and unalive when you drive through it all. Anyway love the Devs actually care about car functionality with adding more features to the cars unlike almost all other racing games. Massive W
There is a bunch of empty space next to the city, they could just expand there, maybe even add some offroad routes on the hills. I know its not that simple, but i hope they do it eventually.
@@bestaatroxeuw there is plenty of land all patched around the city, The map feels very wonky when you drive through. There should be more than one housing complex and more than one shopping center. Hopefully they continue to expand with more than empty warehouses
It's weird how they added a whole island, but didn't bother to open up the construction after 10 years..

@@avreve The style of the game probably makes it a little hard to really "optimize" but it would be nice to have somethings improved for stability. The Italy map is also fairly laggy.

The BX was one thing... Now they have the Diana?! AWESOME! The dev's are fs taking shots at the JBX with this one!
Update speculation - the city bus is due for some love, especially considering all the air simulation work done by the devs. The Burnside Special is also getting long in the tooth, I'd expect some love there before work on some of the other "newer" vehicles.

I like that the devs add configs and remasters based on mod popularity. The 200bx variants are a great example

Career mode has got so much revamp. You can get even bigger cargo unit over roof when you buy roof cargo extention, car delivery missions are like cargo deliveries now and you can gain money by delivering cars but you have to get lvl 2 cargo experiment, now the gps route has black outlines instead of white ones which makes it more visible. Also when you need to turn there is more arrows over the road which is also now more visible than the old ones. Garage's car part editor ui has changed as MuYe said. Those are the main things i remember playing today so i only tried delivery missions. Let me know too if you have more information guys! Hope you all have a nice day.

the amount of detail in this game alone rivals most AAA titles, its insane how much stuff is in this game
They really need to add any sort of campaign mode, or just anything to turn this simulation into anything resembling a game

6:46 240bx rpm sound now is so close to nfs underground 2, i love it
I swear, every map is now loading like 5-10 times faster than it was before. Usually it'd take me 5 or so minutes to load Utah but now its less than a minute. Idk how but BeamNG devs were working on optimization REAL hard. I guess i'll call 0.32 a "Optimization update" :)

Man i'm so happy that we finally got an update that adds a significant amount of new stuff that's not off road or utility
I think soon we will get a forklift and stuff similar to that and I think it will be huge for career mode
To be fair Off-road vehicles and Utility vehicles are part of BeamNG's strength. They'd dominate the entire industry if they focus on these two alone as their approach to simulation still can't be replicated. But I get you, it's nice to have something new.
@@kak8895 Yeah i know there are people that love that and these physics are hard to simulate yet beamng is just that fleshed out of a simulator, but you know i just personaly don't find that fun

4) mud texture or physics

The speed cameras make me wonder if they have plans to make a built in police system. If so, that would be pretty cool as it would save a lot of setup for police chases.

Cant fucking wait, the 200x is my favorite vehicle in beam so to see them improve it to this extent in ways that remedy my main gripes is just fucking awesome.
And i cant wait to have it in a RHD variant. im from Australia so having the steering wheel on the RIGHT side of the car (fight me) just makes it all the more satisfying to slam gears in a manual using cockpit view.

Honestly, I love the new 200bx or as the devs renamed it 240bx. Yeah it sucks that the MANY 200bx mods now no longer work, but the same thing happened to the Covet, and look at how much of a beast the Covet has become. I hope the creators of the Ibishu Selena and Signia mods can fix their mods to work with the new version of the 200bx/240bx/Diana because I loved those mods, but this new Base Game 240bx is a breath of fresh air.
Now I really want something to use to load those Logs into the Logging Trailers.
I love drifting the 200bx, and now that its getting a remaster I feel so happy

So, fun fact: valkun works fine, it hasnt crashed once when i used it. But it has alot of visual glitches, which could just be on my end. And it seriously does improve fps on a lower end PC. Except if you drive the T series.

you missed a few things, on west coast usa there is a new parking garage connected to the police station but you can now also enter the police station in west coast.

Jimmy Broadbent video and I asked them to improve the drifting and it makes me feel good that my idea may have had something to do with this update

They also added new drift configs for the Bruckell Bastion, Ibishu Miramar, Hirochi sunburst, ETK 800 series and ETK K-Series (both ETK's with very beautiful working hood latches)
im fan of both skyline and s15 but its oddly good for it beeing combined so 👍 for devs bcs it look great

Anges' pressure system is powered by steam, so I'll say it's not inspired by that. This is just BeamNG team trying to make the truck more true to life.
Man, this update is AWESOME!! I will miss the old ui tho... but this one is a lot better! The main menu is better but sadly the drop-down manuscript seems way too simplified. I liked the old ones better. If we could have a mix of the 2 that would be great!
