    This worked. Make sure your foot is not on the brake when you initially push start/stop or the car will start.

    2010 XC60 and it worked!! Thank you! I have watched so many of these videos and they always tell you to let go of the T1/T2 button at the same time as the Start/Stop so it would never work but your way did!!! So happy you showed me how!

    I have tried many many times form other CZcams videos, none of their suggestions worked for my 2013 S60 AWD until I finally watched your video. For me, The different this time is without inserting the key while doing the whole processing. Thank you so much !!

    Ight so I literally watched 2 videos previously for the same thing. They failed to show the exact button press sequence properly cuz they didn’t have a cameraman. I thought the same thing would happen here but you did sum nice editing that made the visual button press easy to understand and it worked for me so thanks

    How do you start the car without the key in the ignition? was that a modification you did?

    • @forrestblank
      @forrestblank  Před 7 měsíci

      Car has the factory keyless option. The fob was in my pocket during the video.

    I just bought a 2010 XC60. No Owner's Manual. What do T1 and T2 mean? I know the car does not have two turbos.

    • @forrestblank
      @forrestblank  Před měsícem +1

      Trip 1/Trip2. Two separate trip meters. Push to toggle between them, hold down to reset.

    Are you starting without the key fab in? My 2011 XC60 R-Design doesn't do that. Is that a feature that starts with the 2012 lineup?

    • @forrestblank
      @forrestblank  Před 2 lety

      Yes, looks like 2012 added "Personal Keyless Drive". www.media.volvocars.com/us/en-us/media/pressreleases/39114
