We stayed at the Contemporary around 1990 with our 3 kids. One of very few family vacations. The mono rail was very temperamental. The character breakfast was great, Jess looks so cute with Mickey! Cheers!

I stayed at the Polynesian when I was a kid and the wilderness lodge when I was 17 some of the best times of my life Have fun guys!!

I bet a lazy day at Disney is pretty nice. I'm always in a rush when I go to parks. Trying to get in as much as I can. Contemporary would be an epic place to stay too.

Great video, glad you guys are enjoying it all, we have not been to Disney in over 2 decades, so nice to see what they got, however I got my granddaughter a Minnie bank for her 2nd birthday and we all are gifting her spending money as we plan to all go to Disney for her 5th birthday, my DIL loves Disney, so learning a lot from the videos, we too will be staying at a resort.
Fyi, crowds might increase as UF and FL schools' spring breaks starts this weekend. Have fun guys! 🎉

A very nice tour today, Danno & Jess. I was really intrigued with the intricate chocolate display..wonderful talented artists. Must be warm there cuz you both are looking wilted at times...stay cool & hydrated. ❤

Fun video, Chef Mickey's is awesome! I have stayed at the Contemporary Resort and you don't hear any of the noise from the busy lobby or restaurant!

The Barbershop Quartet was amazing! I never saw those instruments, or them play one.
I assume the characters' costumes change with the seasons? They were dressed very Spring and Eastery. Man, those resorts are ENORMOUS! I'm going to sit back and watch.

good morning Danno!!!!! I did get to stay one night at the contemporary. The rooms are very quiet. It does get noisy in the monorail area but you don't hear that in the rooms. It is worth staying one night there just for the experience.

Always love the "Daper Danno's" lol. Cool afternoon show, I have never seen that Friendship Fair myself, doing parks over 4th week.
OK, Jess, Danno this is a tip for you, Ohana Breakfast is a treat and a half and is a character meal, maybe the hardest Reservation to get in all WDW but soooo good. The French Toast at the Grand Floridian Cafe is the best I have ever had in my life. Not a fan of GF resort myself. Poly is great for everything, rooms, food, views, atmosphere. I haven't stayed at Contempo since the Incredibles rooms were put in. But food is top notch.

We just got back Monday and 4 of us are fighting some kind of virus. Marathon weekend was 2 weekends ago & norovirus and Covid were being reported when those people went back home. Disney is not doing any sanitizing. Good luck!

Yeah. Those shows on the strip in Magic Kingdom are okay if you are just walking by. I probably wouldn't stand there and watch it just for the sake of watching. Disney World is a lot of fun. My daughter and son-in-law and 3 grandkids are going in June and staying at the Grand Floridian for 10 days. I am a little jealous. I love to stay at the Disney properties when I go. It makes everything much more convenient and easy.
We usually don't but wanted to show everyone.
