  • Mas Pinasarap sa gata Pichi Pichi, #Pichi Pichi Cassava flour, another Filipino native steamed dessert delicacy, coated with fresh shredded young coconut meat. My own version of steaming this is the NO Lye water ingredient to avoid gummy stretchy texture of the Pichi Pichi, and for the hydration, I used evaporated milk instead of water.
    A piece of advice: Have to make sure you are using a 100% Cassava flour, to avoid hard and rubberized texture of Pichi Pichi.
    RECIPE: Pichi Pichi in Coconut Cream
    Cassava Flour 2 cups. 260 gm
    Coconut cream 2 cups
    sugar 1 cup
    salt 1/2 tsp
    shredded young coconut 1 head
    Banana leaf. 1pc
