I followed strictly the measurement of the ingredients. The appearance is perfect, but the texture is rubberized. Sad to say nobody was able to eat it.
Ganyan po talaga kapag cassava flour gamit mo. Dapat talaga kinayod na kamote. Pampatigas kasi yang cassava flour. Naglalagay ako nyan pero hindi yan ang main ingredients.
It lacks one ingredient thats why is is rubbery. It needs lai. I dont k ow the spelling. I the Philippines we called it liya. Add a tsp. So it will be jelly like.
