How to stealth the Diamond in Payday 2 in under 60 seconds tutorial!
This was the easiest CZcams short I have made, in fact added more detail because I had some spare seconds!

I tried to stealth but as I was returning from grabbing the diamond I stepped on the wrong tile and was killed by the guards

Happened to me once, i was solo on death sentence one down, i usually do this stealth with my eyes closed but i touched the wrong tile at the end and had to wait 2.5 mins for the helicopter, took cover in the ww2 room while the bots fought braver than the marines then i bunnyhopped into the helicopter, one of the most stressful games in my career ngl
I have gained a new ability

Update: I got to the point where I had the diamond but on the way back the time ran out for the panels and then I lost, thanks payday!

hey imagine being near the end of the heist, grabbing the diamond, and when you're on your way back you step on the wrong tile and the alarms go off

Of course this video goes up 2 days after I did my DS stealth runs. Also a powerbox can spawn inside the courtyard, not just the basement, RAID room and around the main hall loop.

Me and my friend failed because we used too many pagers by the second time lock. That close too! I would say The Diamond is one of the more easier heists to stealth though, the big area for you to avoid guards and hiding spots are abundant, I’m just more better fitted to running in with a minigun than walking around trying not to be seen.

The only stealth mission I could do on Death Sentence was when you steal the 2 nuke parts from the MurkyWater trains.

The Diamond is one of the best stealth heists…up there with Shadow Raid and Framing Frame for me. Fun loop…great loot…fun but challenging

Watching your stealth tutorials makes it seem SO easy, and then I try to do it I get caught immediately, I rage quit, I somehow open up minecraft and play a minecraft Payday 2 mod

me when i reached the other side after finally getting straight line with potato laptop and turned around to see the tiles reset
I prefer the ECM Rush variant of this stealth, since you don't bother with burning a hole in the side entrance or searching for the security room, you just go "loud", dominate/kill all guards, subdue/kill all civs, burn yourself to minimal health for Yakuza speed (and using additional speedboosts to start the second timelock as fast as possible), 2-man the diamond path, and get out of there a minute before the local police station gets hit with a wall of alarms about the heist.
Spy cams? Who needs that? The "Alert" exclamation marks give a more immediate and up-to-date location for every guard and civ on the map.
Not really in to even rushing personally but enjoy my man!

Had a buddy go for the diamond while I was grabbing secondary loot. He was so scared of screwing up I had to go back to help him with the puzzle and he completely forgot to even grab the diamond. We were laughing like crazy after that

God I had to do this heist so many times with my friend, whether it was the stray guard wandering somewhere I thought they couldn't or a someone getting alerted from a silenced kill 1 floor down and 3 rooms over, but eventually we made it. The time we actually got it done had me thinking I grabbed the diamond, getting to where extraction was supposed to be, and then realizing it only opened up the case or whatever and it was still in the chamber

Due to some weird coding the cameras do not disable even if you kill the camera guard without unlocking the security door
How would you answer the pager if you don’t open the door?

@@b33croft or you can test this without mod by either using wolf hud or killing the camera guard with an piercing weapon and run infront of a camera without pager goes off
I was trying this on death sentence with my friend and when I finally didn't fuck up and got to the diamond I just removed the case thinking I have the diamond and returned with nothing... This game never gets old

One quick thing, if you thermite in, how do you get out again? I always have to make sure to save a pager to then open the front door and kill the guard, and am just wondering if you can get back out of the lower windows
There’s a ladder where you drop in
I just ECM rush and shoot my way out the front door after I get out of the vault area, it's faster than properly sneaking all the way to the van
Also keep all pagers for the last room and security
The guards are so annoying in the last room so leave 3 pagers for them

What i do is get glass cutter and bagman in the room you need keycard for and go through the front as i find it faster and easier

I love the guide but I don't understand the use of the thermite asset, I know a guard can spawn by the front door, but I don't see why you can't just kill him. I was just curious on the thought behind this
I got the greatest rng when i stealthed the diamond. It was a complete straight line on the right side then one tile left then straohht to the diamond. Easiest ive done that heist

For the keycards I go to the basement and just take to civilian hostages and pick up one card use it and while the time lock is running and boom
