I love this trend, where people just shares their rooms for our reactions. As a Yu-Gi-Oh! player, there's a video from Farfa where he reacts to those, but in lockdown-era where people shares their setups for remote duels. Nothing wrong with rooms containing only the essentials. One should ask why women have the need to fill rooms with junk that is never used or has any use. How many "not for use" pillows are really needed per piece of furniture. Less junk - less hassle.
I've worked in retail for over 2 decades, and have had to go into, and sadly even clean, public restrooms quite a few times. trust me, we've been gaslit about who is worse. You don't want to know what i've seen.

I've always had a bed frame no matter what. I'm 6'4 and I always hated having to pull my self off the floor to get my day started. Plus I like the feeling of being elevated while being asleep. Whole reason my first bed after moving out of my parents place living with a room mate was actually one of those padded hammocks that are supported by a metal frame that I found on classifieds for $50. Also that was Satoru Iwata in that one dank image that is from like 15 years ago 4chan, he was the late former president of Nintendo.
Also, putting a mattress on a frame makes it last longer, putting it on the floor really isn't good for it.

Anyways, it feels more comfortable having the bed near the floor. Just cozier. Simply make sure to have proper ventilation under the mattress.
