The one advantage us 'older folk' have is that we were actually alive when the album came out. 'Being transported' is one of the great facets of music. It really 'tugs' at memories that have been 'buried' for a long time. This is probably the Bee Gee's greatest 'all around' song. It definitely has that 'atmosphere' of waking up on a really 'great' day.

He worked together with Barry to develop the opening song intro of several songs, like How Deep is Your Love, Our Love (Don't Throw It All Away), The Way It Was, and Songbird to name a few.

The film was great, and the soundtrack even better than the film from which it comes from. Loved both the film and the soundtrack. It doesn't get better than this.

The Bee Gees are one of the best artists and one of the highest selling recording artists. They were great at writing very beautiful melodies. This song has excellent tempo and very good harmonies and the famous falsetto sound of Barry Gibb. It has an R&B Funk Pop sound. I know people say music is like a time machine, but I feel they say that as more of a figure a speech. But for me it kind of actually is as I feel no time has past when I listen to it. I feel exactly the same as when I first heard it. And the memory is more like sense memory coming back to life.

Everytime I listen to this song, it just makes you want groove along, real relaxed.
